Terra Nera Suites

The location was exceptionally beautiful. It had an amazing and quiet atmosphere and you can really tell how much passion the family that runs the place puts into everything. From the details to the reception to the restaurant, it just makes your vacation a lot easier.
The hotel restaurant was the best traditional restaurant on the beach by far and the beach was very clean, with beds reserved for us every day. (bonus points for how prompt the cleaning staff was)
Katarina the host helped us plan many of our trips around the island and was nothing short of amazing! (just like her family)

If you’re looking for a dream vacation in Santorini, Terra Nera Suites is the real deal. From the moment you arrive to even after you leave, you are treated like a VIP and feel like family. Katerina and her father, Jorgos, along with other family and staff go out of their way to make your stay a top notch experience. Katerina works the reception and is always available to answer questions, provide suggests or to arrange transport and help with other needs. In addition to the accommodations, the family also owns and operates the restaurant on the beachfront. The food is delicious and we enjoyed chatting with Jorgos there every day. Food from the restaurant can be delivered to your room or you can eat at the restaurant or on the beach!

The facility - There are six suites so it’s never very busy or overrun with people. There’s a lovely pool with some lounge beds as well as several seating areas around the common area. I appreciated the awnings around to block the sun in areas to help escape the heat. The place looks better in person than the photos. Everything is very clean and well taken care of. The rooms are well equipped with bedding, a sink, dishes, mini fridge, ironing board and iron,hair dryer (with diffuser!) and toiletries. They provide many large bottles of water as well, as the tap water on the island is not drinkable. The whole place looks like it’s straight out of a designer magazine. Each room is themed to an element from an ancient archeological site on Santorini . You’ll hear about this site from many of the locals and it is worth visiting the museum and site.

In front of the suites, is the restaurant. There is a good buffer between the two, so you don’t hear restaurant noise from the room. The restaurant has a large covered area as well as beach front seats on a boardwalk type area right on the beach. There’s a small street the runs between the two areas.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything here is created with genuine care and attention to detail. You can truly feel that the owners have thought about every little thing to make their guests feel comfortable and welcome.

From the beautifully designed and comfortable rooms to the excellent quality of the food at the restaurant, every aspect exceeded our expectations. The hotel is stylish, elegant, and has a very relaxing atmosphere.

The sea is absolutely beautiful, just steps away, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful vacation.

If you need to work during your stay, the Wi-Fi is reliable and fast enough for remote work. We had a spacious private outdoor terrace, which was the perfect place to spend a few working hours while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

Choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions we made for our holiday. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay on Santorini. This is a place where you simply want to slow down, relax, and enjoy every moment.

This was our second visit to Terra Nera, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The owners are incredibly kind, and the place itself is just perfect. It’s the ideal spot to relax for a few days or even a week. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the owners, and the staff are excellent too.

I even managed to book the wrong year (for next year!), but it was sorted out quickly and easily — what could have been a disaster ended up perfectly. We can’t wait to come back again!

This was our 2nd time in Santorini and this time we were looking for a place to relax since we did the sightseeing more or less when we have been there the 1st time.
Thus we decided for Terra Nera Suites on Perivolos Beach based on the ratings we have seen from other customers.
We have not been disappointed! Apart from the clean, spacious, quiet and all in all wonderful location we felt welcomed all the time.
In particular, we would like to thank our hosts Marianna und Yorgios for their warmth and kindness they offered to us every single day. (this including their staff in the restaurant and on the beach) In today's times this is neither usual nor a matter of course and thus to highly assess!
We stayed there for a full week and we fully experienced what we were looking for - a relaxing, wonderful and friendly holiday.

This was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had! You are welcomed at the door by Fatma who works in reception and provided with a drink after your journey. We were shown around afterwards and got to meet the family who runs the hotel. It is a family run business by Yorgos, Marianna and Katerina. The room was very spacious, clean and tidy, and Stella who cleaned the room everyday kept it in top shape. The beach is right by the restaurant and they save you a table and a sunbed every day. The beach was lovely volcanic black sand and it was not rocky at all getting into the water like in Kamari. The food is delicious and you can order food and drinks to your sunbed. We had an incredibly relaxing stay which is exactly what we were looking for and we felt so well taken care of every day. We were greeted by the staff every morning which was really lovely :) As we went for my partners birthday they even organised a cake for him and prosecco for the room on arrival. They also organised taxis for us to travel around the island, and the taxi company were brilliant as well. When we left everyone were there to say goodbye, and we did not want to leave. We cannot fault them one bit and we are so excited to return one day! Also good luck to Sabrina one of the waitresses going off to study nursing, you're going to do amazing :)

Z całego serca polecam pobyt w Terra Nera Suites! Obsługa cudowna, natychmiastowo reagowała na każdą naszą prośbę i potrzebę. Właściciele od rana do wieczora czuwają, aby goście czuli się wyjątkowo, opowiadają o okolicy i polecają miejsca warte zobaczenia. Z Panem Yurgosem w każdej chwili można zamienić kilka słów i poczuć się jak w domu. A tylko 6 apartamentów z bardzo przytulnym basenem sprawiło, że wróciłem do domu wypoczęty jak nigdy. Dania w restauracji również pyszne i tęsknię za pitą gyros. Zdecydowanie wrócimy :)

La struttura è davvero molto bella e ben tenuta e le camere sono dotate di tutti confort , compresa macchinetta caffè nespresso ( le cialde sono tantissime e se le finisci trovi il vassoio pieno di nuovo -top ) Ma quello che ha reso indimenticabile il soggiorno è stata la famiglia che gestisce TerraNera Suits , professionali e accoglienti in Particolare Yorgos , Katherina e la dolce signora mora di cui mi sfugge il nome. Se andate a Perivolos andate a mangiare al ristorante .

בעלי המקום מאד אדיבים וידידותיים המקום מנוהל באופן משלם. מאד נקי . הברכה כיפית מאד. החדרים גדולים ונוחים. והמסעדה מעולה. מה שתזמינו פשוט טעים ומאד מוצלח. למקום יש חוף צמוד והאורחים מקבלים את השורה הראשונה שצופה לים, וזה פשוט מושלם.

Ci è piaciuto tutto: dalla location, la camera con il soppalco, il servizi offerti, la professionalità e cordialità dei proprietari e dello staff.
Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Everything was just perfect. It is probably one of the best choices I ever made for vacation purposes. Suits are very well designed and are perfect for a family of 4-5 persons. There are not many of them, so you will not be disturbed - the atmosphere is relaxed and comfy. The infrastructure (the pool, parking , restaurant, sun beds) is available and free of charge. The quality of food in the restaurant is great - they offer a variety of traditional greek and Italian cuisine. Special thanks to the staff. It is family run business and they really care about each guest. We felt like home and we plan to come back in future!
