Staff - particularly check in staff elevated the experience. The lady I dealt with was welcoming, warm and made me feel welcome at the hotel.
No complaints- it's a hotel in Peterhead so I didn't expect the 'savoy'

Frukosten var inte prisvärd. Kvaliteten okej men motsvarade inte riktigt priset.

Hotel caters for off shore workers but is a good hotel. Short walk from the sea /harbour and a good central location. By road its just 20 miles from Aberdeen by car and the roads are very good. Food quality is very good and the bar is a friendly place with good service. parking is provided and no problems with that.
Hotel would benefit from a general update.

The staff were great, the food was very good and the room was comfortable and clean. Also on iste parking.

Unruly behaviour of guests. There were fights outside the hotel door, so I had to wait in my car until it stopped. Not enough staff and they didn’t do anything to resolve this issue.
Not value for money. £122.00 for room plus £12.00 for breakfast.
