Lo único aceptable es la ubicación, las habitaciones son pequeñas , sin armarios y carentes de limpieza,

El personal , ni un profesional , para hacerte la habitación había que avisar , como pollos sin cabeza , nadie sabia nunca nada . Reservamos en su restaurante y al llegar nos dicen que están completos.....pide respuestas y me dicen que hay muchos restaurantes en los alrededores....Cuando se dan cuenta de que somos huéspedes y del error cometido nos piden disculpas pero no nos dan de cenar....El ultimo dia no nos hicieron la habitación porque pensaban que nos habíamos ido.....

Bon emplacement mais en oronnement bruyant nous ayant empêcher de nous reposer

Pros:

Supervriendelijk personeel, mooie kamer met lekker bed. Heerlijk ontbijt. En op loopafstand van alle mooie plekken in Groningen

Cons:

Het is nu eenmaal een oud pand en daardoor is het erg gehorig.

Flott beliggenhet, litt mindre hotell med hyggelig service

Egentlig ingenting. Kanskje det at restauranten har veldig begrensede åpningstider, men det er nok restauranter i nærheten.

Prachtige locatie op een centraal punt in de stad.

Cons:

Verlichting op de kamer was onpraktisch. Geen verlichting rondom spiegel. Beetje onhandig.

First of all the man at the reception (Teun) was absolutely awesome and friendly. Its a pity we did not have more time to hang out with him during the evening at the reception. The placement of this hotel is superb, the rooms super charming. Would stay again and would recommend it to friends.

Cons:

In general when we stay in hotels we hate overly soft mattresses in beds. In his hotel it was far better than average, but a tad too soft.

Pros:

Our first-floor room was wonderful with huge windows bringing in lots of light. The bed was very comfortable, excellent mattress and the bathroom was spacious and super clean. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. I would recommend eating in the Souterrain 1634, which is in the basement and has the most wonderful flexetarian food! The whole stay was exceptional.

Zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer und Bad modern eingerichtet, grosses Bett mit einer hervorragenden Matraze. Fahrstuhl zur Etage, ruhig im Haus.
