Einfach zum Wohlfühlen – wir kommen wieder!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Häuserl im Wald am Mitterberg wirklich sehr genossen und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir unglaublich freundlich und herzlich empfangen.
Das gesamte Team war so freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, dass man sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben fühlt. Genau diese herzliche Gastfreundschaft macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem. Auch kulinarisch wurden wir nicht enttäuscht – das Essen war einfach hervorragend! Alles hat wunderbar geschmeckt und war für uns ein echtes Highlight. Dazu war alles tipptopp sauber und gepflegt.
Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und darauf gelegt wird, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen.
Und dann natürlich diese wunderschöne Lage und die herrliche Aussicht! Allein dafür lohnt sich schon ein Aufenthalt.
Die Kombination aus der traumhaften Umgebung, dem schönen Haus, dem guten Essen und den unglaublich freundlichen Menschen ist einfach perfekt. Wir waren wirklich rundum zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder und freuen uns schon darauf! Eine ganz klare Empfehlung!

The pictures in Booking which I had seen and decided to book the hotel had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with reality!!!!! The rooms were basically stuck in the decade of 1960’s!!!!! They smelled really bad when we entered , we opened the windows, there were no flyscrees in result mosquitos came in and we were fighting with mosquitos ALL NIGHT!!!! Next morning during breakfast we were asked if we wanted one egg boiled, fried or scrambled and I answered omelette the waiter replied NO omelette!!!!!! When breakfast finished my son went to the machine to get served some water and the waiter snicked behind the machine and turned it OFF !!!!!!!!!!! Water for God’s sake !!!!! And we have paid 5 rooms for around € 200 EACH in the middle of NOWHERE!!!!!! Last BUT NOT LEAST !!!!!!! Check out at 10:00!!!!!!!! We DEFINITELY have to do something about this phenomenon!!!!!!! It is TOTALLY unacceptable!!!!! We pay good money to check in 15:00 …16:00 and checking out is constantly being moved earlier and earlier!!!!!!! We pay for 1 day and we end up staying 18 hours ……in tat case why don’t we customers ask the hotels to rent rooms by the hour?????????

Η τοποθεσια🏕 το προσωπικο 😊 και η καθαριοτητα 🫧

Cons:

Πολυ ακριβο το δωματιο για την τιμη του.
Ειναι ενα πολυ παλιο ξενοδοχειο, σε καλη κατασταση μεν και καθαρο, αλλα υπερτιμημενο.
Το πρωινο ειναι ΟΚ, basic, χωρις τιποτα το εξαιρετικο.

Sehr schönes Hotel in den Bergen mit ausgezeichnetem Restaurant.
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad nicht so gut erreichbar, weil die Straße auf den Berg sehr sehr steil ist.

Cons:

Das Bett bzw die Matratze war komplett durchgelegen.

Cons:

Frühstück könnte bei dem Preis variabler sein und länger als 9:30 sein. Bei 4* und dem Preis erwartet man sich einen Tick höheres Niveau.
