تم قطع الكهرباء من الساعة 11 م حتى اليوم التالى للمغادرة ولا يوجد مولد كهرباء مما تسبب فى عدم النوم للحر الشديد ولم يتم الإعتذار أو أى تعويض لهذا اليوم .... تجربة سيئة جدا ولا أنصح بهذا المكان لأنهم لم يحترموا النزلاء

V.good place to stay in Port Said. The hotel is quiet, comfortable, and offers great facilities for children to play and enjoy their time. It provides excellent value for money.
There was a small issue during my stay, although it was not the hotel's fault. The staff handled it professionally and resolved it quickly, which I really appreciated.
Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would gladly stay here again.
