Pros:

The fecilities mentioned like iron box is not available also bathroom not as clean and if any body have above 175 CMA hight can't sleep in bed

Cons:

The staff behavior was not good. We booked an AC room, but the AC was not working. We informed the staff about the issue, but they did not respond or take any action. Other than that, the room was good, clean, and comfortable.

Location was good.

Cons:

The TV was not working in room NO. 206 No set up box was there, called reception 5 times, even the remotes of TV where not working. They said they will change the TV when i called last time around 10.25pm but nobody came to assist. The land phone in the room was not working, so i was calling the reception using my mobile phone.

Room no. 206 my friend and family was staying there they asked for a towel at least 4 times went to reception and requested and even called through the phone in room but nobody assisted them. The shower in room no. 206 was not working and they couldn't take a bath. They complained that too but no help was given.

Not worth it.
Pros:

I booked it for the large size of the room and balcony. Some guy downstairs offered to bring me a take-out dosa and brought it to the room even though it was 10pm.

Cons:

The balcony was boarded up, there was construction debris around one loose panel over the window - only windows faced a dark building across a small alleyway so little natural light. The street noise was loud in spite of the balcony barricade. The night concierge would not talk to me when I tried translating a request on an app and insisting I call a number for anything which I was unable to connect with not yet having an India cell sim.
