Cons:

للأسف التجربة كانت سيئة جدًا ولا تتناسب مع الصور المعروضة على Booking. نظافة الحمام كانت سيئة، والثلاجة كانت بايظة وبتسرب مياه. الغرفة بإطلالة جانبية كانت تطل حرفيًا على عشة فراخ، وبعد تغيير الغرفة كان الفيو أفضل لكن الغرفة متواضعة جدًا ولا يوجد بها سوى كاتل بدون أكواب أو مناديل. الصور على Booking مختلفة تمامًا عن الواقع، والغرف أقل بكثير من المتوقع.

Terrible Experience

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel!
​My stay at Panorama Portsaid Hotel was an absolute disaster from the moment I arrived.
​Misleading Advertising: While Booking.com advertises the property as a 3-star hotel, their official license and the sign hanging right inside the reception clearly state it is only a 2-star hotel.
​Unacceptable Room Conditions: The room was extremely dirty, and worst of all, the bed had bugs that caused bites.
​Missing Essentials: There was no running water in the room, and no electric kettle provided.
​Out of Order Facilities: The elevator was broken, forcing me to deal with severe inconveniences.
​Unprofessional Staff: When I tried to cancel my booking directly through Booking.com to avoid cancellation fees due to these horrific conditions, the hotel refused the request. To make matters worse, the reception staff rudely told me, "It's your fault for booking through Booking.com."
​This place does not meet basic hospitality standards. Save your money and stay somewhere else!
