Pros:

Nice location for a reasonable price

Cons:

Nothing against simple accommodation, though the room and bathroom are too simple without enough energy for cleaning that it becomes not up to standard. Same for breakfast: just ok without any outstanding service. When you are located next to a bakery, why not provide fresh bread and croissants?
