Pros:

The room was spacious and well-furnished, and even had a fridge. You could have instant porridge for breakfast. Tea and coffee were provided in the room.

Cons:

Maybe a few more coat hooks could be fitted so you can hang things up.
It’s a bit outside of Inverness, but that’s not a problem if you’re just passing through.

A comfortable and convenient stay with spacious rooms, great amenities, and a peaceful environment
Pros:

We were a group of four adults, a five-year-old, and a dog, starting our NC500 trip from Inverness and just wanted a comfortable place for a good night’s sleep. We had booked two rooms and got allocated rooms 1 and 10 on the ground floor, and both were really spacious and comfortable. Having direct garden access from both rooms was a big plus, especially with a dog and a child.
The mattresses were very comfortable, and both rooms had a microwave. Room 10 also had a small kitchenette with a fridge, sink, electric hob, and basic utensils like plates, spoons, and forks. This was really handy as we picked up some ready meals from Tesco and could easily heat them up for dinner.
Overall, it was a great stay—we slept peacefully, and the front yard had plenty of parking space for all types of vehicles.

Cons:

The only downside for me was the electronic keypad door lock, it didn’t seem to work properly most of the time. Luckily, the front door was already open when we arrived so we could get in easily, but I’m not sure if it was just us or if others have faced the same issue.
