Characterful Irish B&B
Pros:

Kathleen's is a very nice B&B set back from the main road just outside Killarney. The room we had was big, and the bathroom nicely fitted, although the sink didn't drain properly. We mentioned this as we left, so hopefully, it will be sorted for future guests. The breakfast was nice with a good choice, although the bread was listed as homemade on the menu, but it was std sliced bread. Parking is very good and plentiful on site. The staff were very polite, kind, and helpful. We ate one evening at Bricin, in the town. It has authentic Irish food. There were lots of restaurants in town and bars playing live music. We spent one full day driving the Ring of Kerry and stopped off at a few places. Another day, we visited Muckross House, and we walked around the lake. Kathleen's is a very nice, characterful B&B.

Cons:

The sink not draining. Maybe rewrite some parts of the breakfast menu to reflect what is actually served. This is a small point, as the breakfast is nice.

Nice place to stay with friendly staff
Pros:

It was a good stop off point on our journey. Although a road was quite close it was quiet and I slept good in a very comfy bed.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge in Kerry. Schöne saubere Zimmer. Große Auswahl zum Frühstück, leider nur Irisch nicht Kontinental. Freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Excellent étape pour visiter ring of Kerry ,y passer au minimum deux nuits ,l’idéal trois nuits serait mieux encore

Emplacement juste en dehors de Killarney 8´ en voiture ,parking privé ,joli jardin ,calme .très confortable,très belle chambre ,literie .
Excellent petit déjeuner traditionnel, fruits frais ( nappes et serviettes damassées très appréciés.)
Personnel nombreux aux petits soins.
