Pros:

Ja fico hospedado a 3 anos no hotel Moraes, sempre que vou em feiras em São Paulo.
Fica bem pertinho da 25 e do metrô, que facilita a chegar na rodoviária.
O atendimento sempre é muito cordial ,atencioso e os funcionários sempre muito prestativos.
Os quartos super limpinhos.
As acomodações não são luxuosas ,são condizente com o valor e até oferecem mais,vale muito a pena o custo benefício. tem ar-condicionado, ventiladores , TV e o Wi-Fi também é bom.

Funcionários excelentes!
Pros:

Equipe da recepção nota 10, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Localização muito boa, muito próximo da 25 de março, fiz quase tudo que precisava a pé. As ruas no entorno do hotel com bastante policiamento o que traz boa sensação de segurança.

Boa opção no centro de São Paulo
Pros:

A localização é estratégica, próximo às Avenidas Ipiranga/São João e ao metrô República. Quarto confortável e com o necessário para uma estada curta. O café da manhã é simples, com algumas variedades e suficiente para suprir as necessidades matinais.

Cons:

Como fiquei em um quarto com banheiro compartilhado, senti falta de um tapetinho para sair do banho e de um rodo para puxar o excedente de água.
