Chuveiro quebrado vazando água pelos lados e não esquentava, Wi-Fi não funcionava, cama e travesseiros duros, limpeza deixando a desejar, excesso de barulho com som, sem nenhum suporte alimentar, TV em péssimas condições, ambiente precário e desagradável, distante de tudo, e quando a gente pedia suporte de funcionários eles não se importavam, ate um garfo que deram foi reutilizado de alguém e sujo.
