A localização e a simpatia do atendente que nos recepcionou no check-in.

Cons:

O banheiro não tinha porta. Não tinha papel higiênico, e internamente também faltava uma parte do blindex.
O lençol da cama de casal não estava limpo, tinha umas manchas desagradáveis.
E os cobertores não estavam limpos, era perceptível o cheiro de que não havia sido lavado.
Tinha apenas uma lâmpada no quarto, com isso não era tao bem iluminado, tendo em vista que a lâmpada era um cor quente, dificultando um pouco a visibilidade.

não tinha sabonete, shampoo nada de uso do banheiro, cade andar são 9 lances de escadas.

Excelente opção perto da estação da Sé
Pros:

Hotel bem localizado, com funcionários gentis e eficientes, boas instalações, café da manhã gostoso e cardápio com boas opções de lanches. Ótimo valor.

Cons:

As roupas de cama estavam com cheiro de cigarro e faltou limpeza diária do quarto. Não há elevador. Não oferecem sabonete.

A noite percebemos o banheiro com odor muito forte acredito que nao foi bem limpo e isso incomodou um pouco apesar de estarmos muito cansados so queríamos dormi. Poderia melhorar mais a limpeza e o sinal de wi fi pois no quarto 11 nao pegava mesmo eles passando a senha ficava toda hora saindo o sinal.
