Szép hely,tiszta szállás,barátságos személyzet,megfizethető árak.
Pros:

Csodálatos helyen van a hegyek között,sok kirándulóprogrammal,tiszta hegyi levegővel.A személyzet MAGYAR volt,és nagyon segítőkész.Tiszta tágas szobák,szép kilátással.Tradicionális helyi ízekkel,elfogadható árakkal.Jó parkolási lehetőséggel.

A harmadik emeleten laktunk és a lift nem működött.

Cons:

Es wurde schon lange kein Geld mehr investiert und das Hotel is abgelebt.
Das Frühstück könnte besser sein und ich würde gerne Einzeltische haben . Salz Pfeffer auf jedem Tisch usw . .

Camera molto ampia e con terrazzo, predisposta per ogni genere di comfort base (fornitura biancheria da bagno, shampoo, sapone, sacchettini per donne, carta igienica, televisore, phon, cassaforte, grucce per vestiti, ecc). Ci è stata fornita una colazione da asporto il giorno del checkout e ci è stato dato modo di mantenere al fresco alcune nostre vivande (molto gentile da parte loro).

Cons:

Personale con modi poco cordiali (svogliatezza e scarsa disponibilità all'ascolto). Camera consegnata con prodotti da bagno (saponi e carta igienica) quasi finiti. Terrazzo e camera non puliti alla perfezione (lasciate in giro bottiglie di plastica da precedenti clienti). Mangiato al ristorante interno: abbiamo ricevuto piatti e bevande diverse da quelli ordinati.
Il punto più a sfavore è il prezzo...assolutamente inadeguato per una struttura che sembra sia sulla strada del fallimento (camere deserte, colazione scarsa con prodotti da supermercato, costante pulizia degli spazi e manutenzione degli stessi minima): 4 notti per 800 euro (in italia hotel di lusso).

Das Frühstück war ok, der Frühstücksraum von der Atmosphäre leider sehr schlecht

Zuerst erhielten wir ein Zimmer, dass überhaupt nicht der Beschreibung auf booking.com entsprach (schmutzig, TV nicht funktionsfähig, kein Doppelbett, usw.), Nach unserer Beschwerde erhielten wir ein besseres Zimmer, aber auch hier Dusche und WC verschmutzt und einfach nicht geputzt. Das Hotel entspricht nach meiner Ansicht nicht einem 3 Sterne Standard.

Zentrale Lage für Ausflüge

Cons:

Zimmereinrichtung alt und schmutzig,wir entstaubten erst die Einrichtung, der Balkon ohne Sitzgelegenheiten, wir besorgten und vom Nachbarbalkon 3 Plastiksessel, die wir erst reinigen mussten. Im Badezimmer kam bei der Dusche erst rostiges Wasser raus!

Wie kann man so eine Unterkunft empfehlen!!!

Die Lage ist gut denn ich kenne das Hotel von Früher als es noch der Familie Etzler gehörte und darum habe ich es ja gebucht! Ich wusste ja nicht das es jetzt Ungarn betreiben!

Zimmer verschmutzt!!! Personal sehr unfreundlich besonders die Dame bei der Rezeption!!!
2 Damen beim Servierpersonal waren Freundlich alle anderen nicht!!! Teilweise muss man mit Händen und Gesten
zeigen das Sie verstehen was man will! Von Deutsch fast Keine Ahnung!

Gute Lage Nähe Ötscherlifte, sehr gutes Frühstück & freundliches Personal, neue Armarturen und Seifensoender und neu gestrichene Zimmer

erbarmungslos alle 15 Min bimmelnde Kirchenglocke direkt vor dem Zimmer
