Das Frühstück war sehr frisch und der Kaffee hat uns gut geschmeckt. Die Reception war freundlich und wir mussten nie lange warten.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung im Hotelzimmer ist nicht sehr modern. Dafür waren die Zimmer sehr sauber.

Pros:

Je suis venue avec une amie pour faire un mini-séjour aux bains. Nous avons énormément apprécié la proximité de l'hotel par rapport au bains. Nous avons énormément apprécié d'avoir un forfait bains et téléphérique inclus dans la chambre. C'est vraiment un plus, et nous en avons bien profité.
Mais par dessus tout, nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et l'accueil du personnel. Nous nous sentions "importantes" pour eux. Ils ont pris soin de nous, échangeant toujours quelques mots. Nous y reviendrons sans hésitation.

Fantastic hotel in an incredible location!
Pros:

Amazing location and great hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was clean - just a little dark and would prefer a shower screen rather than curtain (but that's just personal preference). No air con, which is fine, however the availability of a fan would have been great. Good breakfast & friendly staff. The fact that the use of the Therme Spa and the Gemmi cable car was included was a huge bonus for us.

Cons:

Nothing particularly - pillows were too soft for us, but again that's personal preference!
