Sencillo y tranquilo, para trabajar.
Pros:

El Hotel esta en las afueras de Stuttgar y cerca de una estación de cercanías, esta renovado a medias, los baños son antiguos y el desayuno es muy básico.

Cons:

No destaca por nada ni malo ni bueno.

Außergewöhnlich nettes Personal, sehr gute Lage, gut erreichbar mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Für mich hat es alles ganz gut gepasst. ich habe mich für eine Nacht dort aufgehalten und habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Für kurzen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen
Pros:

Das Zimmer war klein, aber sauber
Die Lage war für mich ideal, da ich ein Spiel im GAZI-Stadion auf der Waldau besuchte, welches fußläufig unkompliziert mit Google Maps innerhalb einer halben Stunde erreichbar war. Insgesamt stimmt auch die Infrastruktur: Bäckerei und Geschäfte ums Eck, die U-Bahn ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Somit ist man auch relativ schnell in der City oder auch auf dem Cannstatter Wasen.

Die Hausdame war sehr freundlich und hat 10 Sterne verdient.

Parkplatz und WLAN waren super!

Cons:

Störend fand ich die Dachschrägen, die das verwinkelte Zimmer im 3. OG definieren, in dem ich nächtigte, und die bewirkten, dass ich mich quasi mehrheitlich gebückt bewegte, daher aber wohl der für Stuttgarter Verhältnisse niedrige Preis.
Auf warmes Wasser in der Dusche musste ich morgens sehr lange warten, da war ich eigentlich schon fertig mit Duschen, weil ich nicht mehr damit rechnete. Abends war es dann schneller warm, wahrscheinlich dauert es morgens seine Zeit, bis es ganz oben angekommen ist. Fand ich natürlich trotzdem doof.
Nicht ganz glücklich war ich mit dem Frühstück, welches 10,00 € zusätzlich kostet. Zwar war der Kaffee gut, aber die Brötchen waren doch schon etwas hart, nach meinem Empfinden nicht mehr ganz frisch. Zudem hätte ich mir etwas frisches Obst gewünscht. Ansonsten gab es eine kleine Wurst- und Käseauswahl, wahrscheinlich auch Marmelade (esse ich nicht, daher hab ich nicht darauf geachtet) , eine kleine Müslitheke mit Joghurt, sowie Säfte und Wasser.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt war es für mich aber sonst sehr gut.
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, die Zimmer waren frisch renoviert und sauber. Extrawünsche wurden sehr gerne erfüllt.

Cons:

Die Zimmertür war sehr schmal und das Bad sehr klein. Ich war nur eine Nacht dort, dafür war es aber wirklich in Ordnung.
