Pros:

The room was spacious and lovely the location couldn’t be better for Liverpool One and amenities

Cons:

The best thing was the noise cancelling windows having stayed close by in a different establishment the noise was unbearable.
It was hot but the aircon worked a dream

It was very clean, the staff were in the rooms every day with fresh towels, cleaning up the room also, smelt really fresh.

Cons:

The only drawback was the pillows, very small and quite flat.

Lovely hotel will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Location was great close to town centre and other amenities. Bed was comfy and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Pros:

Pretty central to the centre, the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were a nice size and were very clean.

Pros:

Location is perfect, across the road from James Street Station, plenty bars, restaurants within walking distance and just a few minutes from shopping centre..plenty public transport outside hotel

Great hotel in a central location
Pros:

Great location just opposite James St station. Very central to everything.
Stayed in rm 9. Bed very comfortable and clean.
Staff very pleasant and helpful
Considering the amount of bars etc around the area we slept well.
Would definitely return again

Cons:

Bathroom mirror was obviously placed by a tall workman as I’m only 5ft 3 and I could just see my chin upwards. The shaver socket was near the top of the mirror, so had I been a man I never would have been able to reach it.
