Good location for centre of the city. Easily walkable from train station.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Comfortable bed.
Clean towels every day.

Cons:

Aircon could have been better. Wouldn’t go below 18 degrees. A mini fridge would have been good to keep bottled water cold.

Awful. Hot hell hole. Stay away.

The good and not so bad:
The location was good and within a reasonable walking distance of Liverpool Lime Street station. Room was reasonably clean, with some minor wear and tear, including damage to the bottom of the room door from being repeatedly opened onto the door stop which was damaged, loose and facing the wrong way meaning the door was opening onto a metal face rather than the rubber stopper. Toilet paper was like that tracing paper stuff we had school in the 90s..
The awful:

How absolutely unbearable the room was. Sleep was almost impossible. The air conditioning did not work. It was running, intermittently at least, but was just pumping warm air into the room. The control panel informed me the room temperature was 30 degrees Celsius. With the air conditioning set to 18 degrees for 2 full days, the room temperature dropped to 29 degrees Celsius. Confirmed by a chocolate bar melting in the room. I wish I was joking, I'm not.

Lovely room in a great location with helpful staff at a good price.
Pros:

Great location. Easy check in. Helpful staff. Spacious room. Clean and fresh. Felt secure. Great value for money.

Great location very enjoyable stay
Pros:

We had a lovely stay . Location was fab . Near dock area and close to The One and all entertainment .
Staff and accommodation were very good . We would use this hotel again 👍🏼

Pros:

The location was excellent. Room was clean and check-in easy .

Cons:

Breakfast was from the pub menu and limited choice. Not worth paying for in advance and was more expensive than paying for on the day .

Very clean
Pleasant staff

Cons:

Limited controls on the air conditioning. Appeared to be on a timer which we couldn't turn off. It was very warm weather so we would have liked the air con on all the time.
