Great location, bonus room service!

Excellent Location
Pros:

The very good price for the stay, location was brilliant, everything in easy reach and just across the road from a Merseyrail Station

Cons:

Not a dialling as such, there were no towels provided and a bottle of water would be a lovely added touch after travelling so far!

Other than a couple of things we had a lovely stay at this hotel
Pros:

Location was great, close to shops and attractions. We had breakfast just the once and it was lovely, service was fast 😀
Reception staff were also very pleasant

Cons:

When booking thought bar was part off the hotel but are two separate buildings, we like a wee drink before bed, also no reception area to sit in and people watch (but that's just me) Mattress was very firm

Awful place

The location of the hotel

Cons:

Where do I start, i had paid for our room prior to arrival, the receptionist said he couldn't see it and said he was going to charge my card, I shown him proof and he still didn't believe me, made me feel like I was lying. Room was dirty, the toilet seat was broken which in the middle of the night I fell off and hurt my back, bed was so uncomfortable. We also has very noisy neighbours, We complained the next morning and were told we would get a different room but we had to check out first thing and could not check back in til 3pm again. It was raining and we had no where to rest whilst we waited for our room. We went back to the hotel for 3pm to a different room and unfortunately this one was worse, it had black mould the bed was awful and the noise from the central heating unit was ridiculous, our view outside was and rubbish all over their yard. We have since reached out to the hotel due to my injury from the broken toilet seat and for the very poor experience we had but they are not interested. Not getting back to us or anything. My next steps if I don't hear back will be legal action due to my injury.
