The hotel is a popular wedding and event venue, particularly at weekends, and due to the nature of these events hotel guests may experience some additional noise.
For group bookings of 5 or more rooms the following policies apply:
The guest will be charged a 20% nonrefundable deposit and full payment will be required 7 days prior to the arrival. The guest will receive an 80% refund if they cancel by 14:00 the day before their arrival.
Please note that meals on the 31 st of December will only be available in the Main Bar until 17:45. The Hotel Restaurant will be closed for a Gala Dinner on this date.
Please note that the bar and restaurant will close at 23:00 until further notice.

敷地の奥の方の建物にある部屋、場所が分かりにくい。フロントの説明がわからなかった。敷地の地図を用意してほしかった。
Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Food was good.
We stayed overnight in a heatwave. The window would only open a small amount (jammed). A fan was provided but was small and ineffective given the heat. The coffee maker did not work, though we followed the instructions to the letter.

Coach House is a bit tired.
Also did not appreciate a film crew asking us to delay our departure from car park.

Having to change lifts to get from the ground floor to 3rd floor. Fine for people without mobility issues but difficult for people with mobility issues.

Perfect location for all the activities we had planned. Lovely outdoor space and plenty of parking making it easy for us. Breakfast was good too.

Excellent location in close proximity to all major attractions. Beautiful views from the hotel and even better garden, with the castle also in the vicinity.

Close to Snowdon for a hike to the summit.
The hotel was a little dated with limited selection of hot food for breakfast. The bathroom in the room was very small, had the bath panel half off and broken pedistall. Floors uneven with carpet lifting up in corridors and 2 lifts needed to get to the 3rd floor with a walk in between.
