The hotel is a popular wedding and event venue, particularly at weekends, and due to the nature of these events hotel guests may experience some additional noise.
For group bookings of 5 or more rooms the following policies apply:
The guest will be charged a 20% nonrefundable deposit and full payment will be required 7 days prior to the arrival. The guest will receive an 80% refund if they cancel by 14:00 the day before their arrival.
Please note that meals on the 31 st of December will only be available in the Main Bar until 17:45. The Hotel Restaurant will be closed for a Gala Dinner on this date.
Please note that the bar and restaurant will close at 23:00 until further notice.
A deposit may be required at the property.

El personal del buffet de desayuno muy amable. La ubicación es muy buena .
la chica de recepción que nos hizo el checking a las 15 h muy desagradable . Las habitaciones estaban fuera del hotel en un apartado , para acceder tuvimos que subir las maletas por una escalera casi inaccesible y muy estrecha . Unos 20 escalones empinados .
Location was excellent for our hike up Snowdon.
The hotel is directly opposite the Snowdon Mountain Railway station. In the first room we were allocated, the view was blocked by scaffolding. I complained and the girl on reception quickly allocated another room which was very nice and spacious. We had an adequate meal in the Bar Restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. Parking outside was free and very convenient. We checked out and went up Snowdon, the hotel happy for us to leave the car in their carpark.
Just after we arrived, before I’d taken the luggage up, the only Lift in the hotel went out of service and remained that way until the following morning.
Btw I’m from Australia not Hongkong. Booking.com has an error in its system.
L'hôtel est bien situé, juste à quelques pas du Snowdon Railway station.
La chambre dans le coach house avait 4 lits mais pour le reste pas de place pour mettre des affaires. L'entrée dans le coach house est très étroite pour monter l'escalier avec les bagages et nécessiterait d'ailleurs un coup de rénovation, tout spécialement la moquette.
Room is up narrow stairs in an old building, facilities were adequate. The location was very good, the breakfast had everything you would want. Nice garden area outside to sit.
The room had a musty smell as was quite hot and stuffy particularly in the afternoons. A fridge would have been good.

good size room 6 foot bed view of the mountain .breakfast more than adequate well placed for mountain railway. good grounds with outdoor seating
mattress a bit tired duvet and sheets inclined to move around a lot mattress toppers were 2 pieces and not well secured
