Good location for a short trip to the New Forest
Pros:

It is a building with a lot of history

Cons:

The outside space needs some redevelopment and unfortunately it is urban rather than a garden.

Disappointed due to the previous comments and for the price paid it should have included breakfast.
Pros:

Location was very good being in the high street. Use of a proximity card to gain access to the main door was good. Room was clean and tidy with tea making facilities.

Cons:

Room 4. The shower seemed to have a leak in the piping where it meets the shower head which meant there was a lack of water pressure coming out of the shower head. There no bottled water supplied for tea/coffee making which meant it to be purchased from the bar at £4 which is highly expensive. There was no AC in the room apart from a fan, which gave no output of cold air during a hot night, infact we had to go out late in the evening to cool down, with the room being hotter then the outside temperature

Staff pleasant. Feel "deluxe room" was not good value for the price especially in view of the access
Pros:

Staff very pleasant

Cons:

Described as a deluxe room which I felt was inaccurate
Room at the top the building with several flights of twisting stairs. Very difficult for elderly people with luggage No assistance offered. Wouldn't have booked this room if we had known
