Good location
Pros:

The Hotel had a refurbished since last time I stayed. Beautiful spacious room, bathroom lovely. Liked ironing board v useful. Full of character, enjoyed our breakfasts. All staff courteous, polite and helpful. Good place

Cons:

There are 48 stairs up to room 12 where we stayed. It can't be helped buy bear in mind if you book here rooms 11 to 15 have these stairs.

Mooie oude pub met prima schone kamers. Ontbijt en eten 's avonds was erg goed.
Leuk dorpje met leuke haven, kun je je prima vermaken. Echt top voor een paar nachten.

Well.located dog friendly pub/hotel
Pros:

You can't fault the location of the A&BP smack bang in the middle of the High Street. Despite being over a pub it was remarkably quiet at night. Breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom.practical but sufficient for our needs. Very dog friendly and really treated our dog beautifully.

Cons:

The room was quite stuffy which wasn't helped by one of the windows being painted shut and the other only opening a smidge. A fan was provided which was helpful but noisy at night. There were quite a few fruit flies in the bar which wasn't pleasant whilst eating dinner. Might have been seasonal or something common in Lymington in summer.

Great central location. Very close to amenities.

Cons:

Room was on the top floor, and there is no lift so it was difficult for me to get up all the stairs as I’d broken my foot the week before.

It would have been helpful to have details of how to access the car park prior to arrival.

Food took a VERY long time to arrive both evenings. There was no need for the lengthy delay as we’d only ordered salads.

Room was not checked so mugs weren’t changed nor tea/coffee bags replenished.

Lovely short stay for a second trip.
