Pros:

El personal muy atento siempre y muy amables, hablan inglés y alemán y si algo se complica buscan la forma de darse a entender y también de ayudarte. A nosotros nos orientaron con la visita a Heididorf y llamaron un taxi para que nos llevara, esta cerca del lugar y puedes incluso ir caminando pero con mi madre operada hace 5 meses de la rodilla tuvimos qué optar por transporte y todo estuvo muy bien.
El lugar es limpio y tiene lo necesario para 1 noche o 2. Además tiene elevador muy conveniente si llevas mucho equipaje o pesado o para personas con movilidad reducida. Ojo ! Que el elevador es muy pequeño.
El lugar es tranquilo y callado, estuvimos entre semana asi que solo escuchamos los truenos por la lluvia. Estuvo genial!, el paisaje impresionante y la ciudad pequeña pero muy bonita.

Cons:

El baño y habitaciones .Un pequeñas, las toallas de baño muy rasposas y viejas, no tiene aire acondicionado y aunque estuvimos 1 noche y no hacía calor ya que esa tarde llovió y el clima ya estaba mejor que meses atrás pero si vas en verano si seria muy pesado estar en una habitación pequeña con solo el ventilador.
Aun asi si lo recomendamos para quedarte un par de noches.
Nosotras fuimos a inicios de septiembre.

(Entiendo que son asi solo los de tres paaajeeos) LA CORDIALIDAD y la ubicación a 50mts de la estación de trenes

Se comporta muy familiarmente el contacto con los administradores del hotel da un aspecto de improvisación por ahí cierran el hotel se van y te dejan una puerta abierta del costado para que entre

Pros:

The property was pretty big and clean.
Great breakfast and nice staff.

Cons:

No air-conditioning in the room and for people travelling across Europe the plug adaptor should be available (was available to rent for €20 in cash and we find out about from a booklet in the room - we didn't have cash 😞)

Cons:

Questa struttura andrebbe proibita per l'affitto a terzi.
Canti e grida fino a notte fonda, letti con materassi che neanche in Galera sono così scadenti.
Si deve attraversare il Bar pieno di fumo di sigarette per raggiungere le camere.
Non lo consiglio assolutamente, a quel prezzo c'è di meglio.
Da parte mia,lo evito in futuro.

La stanza era accogliente e pulita

Cons:

Purtroppo l'hotel ha un bar che sta aperto tutta la notte (credo): sono stata svegliata dalle risate e dalle urla diverse volte durante la notte. Inoltre, quando mi sono alzata per andare in bagno (che si trovava fuori dalla stanza) c'era una fortissima puzza di fumo in tutto il corridoio. È inaccettabile.
Avevo altre prenotazioni in questo hotel perché per i prossimi tre anni dovrò soggiornare tutte le settimane a Landquart e dintorni, ma le ho disdette subito.
Il personale non è stato particolarmente gentile al mio arrivo, né si è premurato alla partenza del fatto che fosse stato impossibile dormire. Mai più.
