Pros:

Personnel adorables, souriants et très serviables y compris la femme de menage. Hébergement géré par une famille italienne.
Le restaurant de l établissement de très bonne qualité et très abordable. Pas besoin de reprendre la voiture le soir pour aller dîner.
La vue sur le lac depuis notre chambre.
Parking gratuit.

Cons:

Afin d améliorer la qualité de service, quelques équipements pourraient être revus à moindre coût :
- lampes de chevet à changer (actuellement bas de gamme en plastique et ne fonctionnant qu une fois sur deux),
- pas de climatisation : un ventilateur pourrait être proposé malgré un vent fort la nuit (en dormant avac la fenêtre ouverte et volet non fermé ça allait) ,
- un tancarville pourrait permettre d étendre serviettes et maillots de bain en rentrant de la plage.
- Lunette des toilettes en plastique et cassée,
- Rideau de douche déchiré.

Plus compliqué à resoudre: pas d ascenseur.
L espace dans la chambre assez étroit pour trois personnes.

Ein wunderschöner Ort nahe am See, das Zimmer sehr sauber, ein tolles Restaurant im Hsus. Das Zimmer war für drei Personen etwas klein, aber für die kurze Zeit vollkommen in Ordnung.

Katastrophal, viel zu heiß in dem Hotelzimmer, unsauber, keine Empfehlung, nie wieder!

Das Hotel ist katastrophal. Die Bilder täuschen. Das Zimmer hatte 40 Grad ohne Klimaanlage und es gab auch keinen Ventilator. Wir sind nach einer Nacht abgereist. Das Zimmer war unsauber. Im Bad waren Schimmelflecken und im Bett befanden sich Haare von vorherigen Gästen. Wir mussten, obwohl wir nur eine Nacht übernachtet haben, den vollen Preis bezahlen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr unkulant und haben uns keinen Cent erlassen. Keine Empfehlung für dieses Hotel! Nie wieder!

Super. neváhejte!
Pros:

Skvělí majitelé. Krásné místo. Chutná snídaně. Možnost vynikající večeře/oběda v restauraci. Italská jídla, neskutečná rychlost, přijatelné ceny... Mňam.
Ručníky, denní úklid, prostorný balkon. Źádný superlixus, ale vše čisté, funkční..
Byli jsme podruhé a určitě bychom se opět vrátili!

Do centra a k vodě je to 1,5-2 km. Chyběla klimatizace

Tolles kleines Hotel in Familienhand !
Pros:

Sehr schönes, kleines Hotel etwas abseits vom Trubel der Innenstadt Malcesines. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon zum See mit tolle
Ausblick, obwohl wir extrem kurzfristig (4Stunden vor Anreise) erst gebucht hatten.
Das Personal (ich denke, alles eine Familie) ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend, das geht nicht besser !
Das Zimmer ist in italienischer Schlichtheit gehalten, sehr sauber und das Bett sehr komfortabel.
Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Wer Extrawünsche hat, kann einfach fragen und wird dann sofort perfekt bedient.

Cons:

Ich würde dem Hotel empfehlen, für die heiße Saison in ein paar einfache Stand-Ventilatoren zu investieren. Das kostet nicht die Welt, hilft aber an einem heißen Tag, das Zimmer etwas zu kühlen. Es muss keine Klimaanlage sein.

El desayuno rico. La ubicación está bien, para ir al pueblo nosotros cogimos el coche y son 2-3 minutos. El alojamiento tiene parking

No había aire acondicionado ni ventilador, y hacía bastante calor. Todo antiguo.
