תמורה מלאה למחיר.
Pros:

בית מלון קטן אבל יש בו הכל - חדרים מרווחים, ארוחת בוקר עשירה, בריכה, ג׳קוזי , ספא, וצוות סופר שירותי. המלון ממוקם על צלע הר מעל האגם כך שיש נוף מהסרטים .

Cons:

ההגעה למלון דורשת 3 ק״מ של נהיגה בכביש צר ותלול המעלה ההר. לא הייתה מכונת קפה בחדר.

leider keine Flexibilität des Rezeptionspersonals (wir wollten mit Besuch mit kleinen Kindern an den Pool, hätten dafür natürlich auch extra gezahlt - durften wir aber nicht, obwohl wir dort zusammen teuer gegessen haben)

Belle vue. Chambre vieillotte. Ne vaut vraiment pas le prix payer.
Pros:

La vue.
Les piscines et Le spa.
Le petit déjeuner excellent.

Cons:

Pas d’intimité de la terrasse de la chambre vue mer.
Clim et aspiration centralisée bruyante dans notre chambre des 8h du matin.
Chambre familiale vieillissante.
Cher- il pourrait au moins y avoir des peignoirs, chaussons et service café théière dans la chambre quand on paie aussi cher et dans ce standing d’hôtel (il y a des tasses, une table sur la terrasse mais on ne peut même pas se faire un café ou thé pour en profiter).
C’était notre dernier hôtel du voyage et on en a eu des beaucoup moins cher avec tout ce nécessaire. C’est dommage.

Rooms need update and air con issues
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, the pool is huge and lovely and the view is stunning.
The staff were very nice.
Large selection of breakfast including them making pancakes for the kids.

Cons:

The drive up is a little tricky - sat nav took us on a very narrow, twisty road the first time but we found better road after that.
Spa quite cute but only the pool useable not the sauna or steam room and no staff in there to ask.
Main problem was the room and air con. The rooms are dated and I’d expect more from the price of the hotel. We had to ask for an extra pillow. The air con isn’t great and it only goes to 22 degrees at the lowest. On the first night the air con was hardly working (seems there was a fault in the hotel when we asked the next day). I ended up spending the night on the floor directly under the air con unit. We told the hotel we were uncomfortable when settled our drinks bill - a token gesture of reduced drinks bill would have been a kind gesture but not received.

Znakomity pobyt w pięknej lokalizacji.
Pros:

Obiekt położony na wzgórzu z pięknym widokiem z dala od hałasu miasta zapewnia spokój i wypoczynek osobom, które tego potrzebują. Nikt niczego nie musi i nie trzeba się spinać. Dla dzieci świetny basen dostępny nawet o 21.00.

Cons:

Jedyne, co bym zmienił to ekspres ciśnieniowy dla gości dołożyłbym na śniadanie, bo swoboda wypicia kawy byłaby większa.

Stunning location and amazing facilities, would highly recommend.
Pros:

Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. Pool is amazing and never seemed busy whatever time of day we visited. Gorgeous views looking out over Malcesine and the lake. Breakfast was incredible with a huge variety to choose from and would highly recommend the hotel restaurant for evening meals.

One of the nicest authentic hotels I have stayed in across the world. Would go back.
Pros:

Amazing stay - beautiful view, friendly staff and really good food. Beyond our expectations.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Our room was excellent, with a breathtaking view of the lake.
We were especially impressed by the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and provided exceptional service. The food was delicious, with a fantastic breakfast and dinner, as well as wonderful coffee and cocktails.
There are plenty of activities and attractions, making this hotel a perfect choice for a family holiday with children.
We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again! Highly recommended!

Det bedste sted, jeg har prøvet ved Gardasøen
Pros:

Morgenmaden var fantastisk. Personalet var hjælpsomt. Stedets beliggenhed var perfekt med et fremragende blik ud over søen og den vestlige side.

Cons:

Der var ikke noget, jeg ikke kunne lide. Blot bør der gøres opmærksom på, at afstanden fra hotellet til byen er ca. 3,5 km og kan sætte en begrænsning i muligheden for at tilbagelægge den afstand til fods op ad et stejlt bjerg. Men der er flere parkeringsmuligheder i byen, hvorfor det ikke var et problem.
