Sehr gerne wieder, es war sehr schön
Pros:

Der tolle Balkon mit Blick auf den See (auch vom Badezimmer aus) die geniale Dachterrasse mit einem außerordentlich tollen Blick auf die Scaliger Burg und den See. Die Altstadt kann man zu Fuß in ca. 8-10 Minuten erreichen. Auch der große Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe. Ich kann hier gerne meine Empfehlung aussprechen

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
Pros:

Der Frühstücksraum ist ein Traum, die Aussicht außergewöhnlich und wunderschön.
Das FrĂĽhstĂĽck war gut und fĂĽr uns ausreichend. Man kann auch abends sehr gut dort essen. Die Preise sind sehr gut.

Uns hat alles gefallen.

Eine sehr schöne Zeit
Pros:

Das Hotel war im Punkt Sauberkeit top , das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage des Hotel s etwas oberhalb von MALCESINE mit schöner Aussicht auf den See war für uns perfekt.

Pros:

Unser Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und schön. Die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich sehr freundlich und haben uns auch früher einchecken lassen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, frisch und lecker. Das Highlight war für uns die schöne Panorama-Terrasse mit Whirlpool. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt in diesem Hotel.

Cons:

Der Whirlpool hätte heißer sein können. Zudem roch das Wasser im Whirlpool etwas säuerlich (evtl. durch das Einführen eines Reinigungsmittels?), was teilweise unangenehm in der Nase und in den Augen war. Der Rest war aber Perfekt!

Klare Empfehlung fĂĽr Villa Smeralda
Pros:

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich. Traumhafter Blick aus unserem Zimmer auf den Gardasee und die gegenĂĽber liegenden Orte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂĽhlt. Man ist in ca.15 Minuten zu FuĂź im Ortszentrum.

Cons:

Als Nichtraucher fänden wir es besser, den Rauchern einen bestimmten Platz auf dem Hotelgrundstück zur Verfügung zu stellen. Beim Rauchen auf dem Balkon zieht der Rauch bei geöffnetem Fenster in das Zimmer. Wir empfanden es als unangenehm.
