Traumhaft schöner Urlaub
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Möglichkeit dabei über den Gardasee zu schauen, machte jeden Morgen zu einem Genuss.

Oasis de tranquilidad en Malcesine
Pros:

Fundamentalmente su tranquilidad. Espacios amplios. La atención de su personal desde el momento en el que entramos. Su piscina y su terraza comedor. Parking gratuito.
Coincidimos con una trabajadora del hotel de habla hispana (cubana), que nos atendió muy bien.

Cons:

Que estuviera algo alejado del pueblo (aproximadamente 1km) que hace que tengas que subir o bajar por el arcén del la carretera.

Good hotel, a bit expensive for the facilities. Eg poor bedding.
Pros:

Everything was very nice except the beds.

Cons:

Our beds very old, can feel the spring. The shower head seemed be broken and had to turn on the shower then put it up for it to stay up. Other than that everything else was good.

Hotel super und weg täglich zu Fuß in die Stadt sehr anstrengend
Pros:

Alles im Hotel war sehr sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider ist der Weg zum Stadtkern 1 km entfernt.
Das Hotel liegt einiges höher als der Stadtkern. Wenn man diesen läuft gerade am Abend ist das sehr anstrengend und gefährlich. Die Straße ist eng und die Autos fahren sehr schnell.

Ausblick auf den Gardasee ist wunderbar, Frühstück war gut, Ausreichend, Bei Kuchen leider wenig Abwechslung. Lage sollte man verstehen, guter Ausblick bedeutet 15 min zum Strand, bergab und Bergauf :-)

Pros:

Super nettes Personal, Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig. Abends im Restaurant wsr Preis Leistung gut.Dachterasse war traumhaft.

Cons:

Pool und Liegeplätze sahen auf den Bildern viel größer aus, als es tatsächlich war.

Es war rundum ein erholsamer und schöner Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Der Poolbereich war sehr schön und sauber. Ein Highlight war das reichhaltige Frühstück auf der Sonnenterasse.

Jederzeit gerne wieder Hotel Villa Smeralda
Pros:

Die renovierten Zimmer waren zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Schöne Größe und hohe Decken. Zimmer waren nicht überhitzt. Klimaanlage war vorhanden, aber musste nicht oft eingeschaltet werden
Der Pool war perfekt. Immer genügend freie Liegen.
Ein toller Urlaub mit sehr guter Atmosphäre. Es gibt nichts negatives über das Hotel zu sagen.
Sehr gute preisgünstige Speisekarte. Gerichte waren alle lecker.
Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlte sich sofort wohl und willkommen.
