Great one-night stop on our travels.
Pros:

My parents and I enjoyed our stay at Chill Out Hotel. Facilities were nice and very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and easy to communicate. The location was great - easy to find and easy access in / out for our one-night stay.

Ich beginne mit den beiden herausragenden Merkmalen dieses Hotels. Der Preis ist einfach unschlagbar! Und das gilt auch für das Personal: so freundlich, umgänglich und hilfsbereit: einfach total lieb und rührend! Mit dem Auto ist das Hotel einfach zu erreichen und Parken um das Hotel kein Problem. Bushaltestelle gibt es auch in der Nähe, aber ich weiß nicht, wie gut die Verbindung ist. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, sauber und gemütlich. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürft ist das Badezimmer, da die Dusche kene Abtrenunng zu den restlichen sanitären Anlagen hat. Um das Hotel sind mehrere kleinere Supermärkte und Fast-Food-Läden. Außerdem ist ums Eck ein herausragender Bäcker, der fürs Frühstück zu empfehlen ist. Für Fußballfreunde ist der Sportplatz vom FC Samgurali auch nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Hotel ist eine Empfehlung für alle, die in dieser (zugegeben wenig touristischen) Gegend übernachten möchten.

Personnel très agréable et discret. Chambre petite mais bien agencée et confortable. La bouilloire dans la chambre est un vrai plus !

Cons:

Rien, c'est juste ce qu'il faut pour une ou deux nuits !

Приятный бюджетный отель
Pros:

Удобное расположение отеля и наличие по периметру парковочных мест, а также невысокая цена за номер сразу привлекает внимание при выборе места для ночлега. На входе в отель нас встретил очень приветливый и общительный мужчина, к которому, при необходимости, можно обращаться с разными вопросами и он их быстро решает. В номере отеля чисто, места не очень много. Если вы рассматриваете отель для ночлега и последующего ознакомления с Цхалтубо, посещения пещеры Прометея, парка с аттракционами (которые должны отремонтировать к открытию сезона), то этот отель рекомендую рассмотреть как очень достойный в соотношении цена-качество.

Top notch, clean and all you need. Very comfortable. Decorated.

Cons:

We arrived exhausted, all wet from the rain. We two booked a tripple room with balcony. Receptionist was a nice elderly man but his boss (owner of the place, I believe) just couldn't accept that 2 people will be in a tripple room. Kept offering us all kinds of other rooms, when we wanted setting of this room. Besides I had reserved it through booking, it's not like someone else can book it instead.
It was stupid and unnecessary.
When I got less patient with them, then we finally got to use the room.
