Pros:

Top notch, clean and all you need. Very comfortable. Decorated.
Central location.

Cons:

We arrived exhausted, all wet from the rain. We two booked a tripple room with balcony. Receptionist was a nice elderly man but his boss (owner of the place, I believe) just couldn't accept that 2 people will be in a tripple room. Kept offering us all kinds of other rooms, when we wanted setting of this room. Besides I had reserved it through booking, it's not like someone else can book it instead.
It was stupid and unnecessary.
When I got less patient with them, then we finally got to use the room.

Probably hotel does not work in the winter time
Pros:

We did not stay in the hotel bcs this was winter and there was no heating in the hotel

Hotel con muy buena calidad precio con parking en sus instalaciones.
Especial mención a Merab, muy amable, se intereso mucho por nosotros. Un placer haberle conocido.

Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Za tą cenę hotel przewyzszyl nasze oczekiwania . Prawdziwym plusem tego miejsca są przesympatyczni panowie tam pracujący: uśmiechnięci i zaangażowani. Pan dobrze mówił po angielsku, rosyjsku. Opowiedział historię miasta oraz polecił ciekawe miejsca w okolicy. Rzadko spotyka się człowieka wykonującego swoją pracę z taką pasją.

Good hotel in a good location 👍
Pros:

This is a nice and cozy hotel a few minutes walk to a beautiful park, balneological resort & spa, Tetra Cave, supermarkets nearby. Friendly Lucas helped us with luggage during quick and easy check-in. Lovely Nina welcomed us with glasses of home wine 🍷 🍷. The hospitable hotel owner upgraded our rooms free of charge. A huge thanks to Mamuka who took care of us throughout our week of stay, helped us with advices and luggage. There are no refrigerators in the rooms, but there is a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, dishes, refrigerator, etc. There is a dinning room, which is convenient for families and travelers with children. It is possible to order food from the menu. There is a coffee machine in the lobby. Good Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, cotton linens, air conditioning, shampoo, hands wash, hair dryer, robes, slippers in the rooms, parking. Good basic hotel for a reasonable price run by a great team 👍

Cons:

Entrance to the hotel is a long staircase. Not suitable for people with disabilities or with heavy suitcases. The sign with the hotel name needs to be made brighter and more attractive so that more people will know about such a wonderful place.

very close to the tskaltubo central park, market and fresh bakery, very neat clean budget facility

very kind owner, very clean facility and very helpful, allowed us to check out late because our flight got delayed, also offerred us tea
