Average accommodation for Marseille
Pros:

Large rooms, activities, parking lot, security, silence in general.

Cons:

The fact that rooms did not have mini refrigerators was a problem, especially for us with a little kid.

We were asked to pay a deposit when we checked in on 26.05.2026. We thought that it was going to be OK. However:

We have been asked to pay at the bar on 27.05.2026. We knew we had to pay so that was OK. But the deposit did not make any sense.

We also could not go out for dinner on 29.05.2026 and went downstairs to dine at hotel’s restaurant. We knew we had to pay so that was OK. The person on duty insisted on us to pay right away in an insistent way. We even had to pay for our son who was only 4 years old.

It is not professional for a hotel to ask for a deposit and then ask for money at the bar and the restaurant. A ‘room tab’ is easy to arrange.

Also, the hotel signs indicated that there is a club for infants but there was not one! The sign was misleading.

La piscine assez grande et calme pour nager, le Spa, la gentillesse du personnel, la calme de la résidence.

Cons:

Malgré la navette qui mène a Longchamps, un peu loin du vieux port. Il pourrait y avoir plus de choix au petit déjeuner pour le salé, les plats chauds, les fruits frais (melon, Ananas, pastèque par exemple)...

WE Marseillais agréable !!!!
Pros:

Une nouvelle fois... Du bonheur de séjourner dans l'établissement (2 WE d'affilé). Toujours autant de plaisir et d'enthousiasme de revenir dans les murs de ce sublime spot. Avec une météo parfaite, le séjour a été des plus agréables. Nous avons eu un petit imprévu avec l'hébergement (chambre avec lits jumeaux au lieu de chambre double) et un petit soucis dans la douche mais Rosatina et Amel ont été d'un professionalisme et d'une réactivité rarement vu ailleurs. Le retour a la chambre quelques instants après notre signalement a été agréable. Lit "a l'italienne confectionné par Rosatina et Amel, un joli pliage de serviette et un petit cadeau de la direction de la Savonnerie Fer A Cheval ont totalement gommé le petit accroc. La chambre était parfaite. Comme toujours, la restauration a la hauteur de nos attentes pour le petit déjeuner et le spa, une parenthèse agréable avant/après nos excursions. Encore Bravo VCS !!!
