松本駅、飲食街まで近くて便利。
Cons:

電気ポットなど２，３の電気が一度に使えなかった。コンセントがベッドになく携帯の充電に苦労した。

Pros:

位置很好，从松本站走过来差不多就3分钟，如果要去上高地玩前一天住这里蛮不错的，周围吃饭的店也很多

Cons:

隔音比较差，可能是房子比较有年头了，虽然外面整体全是比较安静，不过有的时候会听到隔壁的咳嗽声。再就是如果早于7点半退房，前台还没有上班，所以无法寄存行李

Pros:

Its very accessible to transportation, there are restaurant around the area and it walkable to Matsumoto Castle and other tourist spot.

Cons:

Because its near most izakaya its kinda noisy at night even around 1am, but its ok it didn't bother me much.
