Very comfortable stay
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay here. I'm fussy and particular about cleanliness, but the room was clean and had all the amenities I needed. It's a little dated, but everything is nice to use. Location is very near JR Matsuyama and the tram that heads out to the city center. The staff were extremely kind as well. I will definitely stay here if I return

向かいに風呂や飲食店レジャースポットがある。
JR松山駅近い。
松山空港行きバスがある。
バス停留所近い。朝食の品が結構多い。

Cons:

ベッドの下も、しっかり清掃願いたい。
松山市駅とは違い、繁華街ではない。

キスケの湯の割引きもあり♨️ゆっくりできました。朝食のバイキングもゆったりできて良かったです。

松山でゆっくり、ゆったり快適な旅行
Pros:

スタッフが笑顔で丁寧に対応してくれました。朝食の場所にいたスタッフも非常に気を遣ってくださり、気持ちよく食事をすることができました。
部屋は、予約するときにすでに喫煙部屋しか無かったので選びましたが、たばこのにおいはするものの、たばこを吸わない自分にもそこまで気になりませんでした。
部屋からはJR松山駅が一望できすばらしい景色でした。
朝食はビュッフェでした。いろいろな種類のものがあり、朝から満足いく食事ができました。

Cons:

入り口のドアを開けるのに鍵の回し方等、少しコツが必要でした。中々開かずに最初は苦労しました。
部屋の照明はリモコンやスイッチなどがあり、少しわかりにくかったです。
