Pros:

Der Aufenthalt war einfach traumhaft. Der Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge, ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch Sonderwünsche haben sie erfüllt und so durften sich meine Eltern über einen Blumenstrauß und einen Kuchen freuen. Das Abendessen war das Highlight zum Tagesabschluss. Es war qualitativ hochwertig und sehr kreativ, ein Genuss für das Auge und den Gaumen.
Auch der Wellnessbereich hat uns begeistert mit Sauna, Pool, Whirlpool und den Liegen mit Blick auf die Berge. Wir werden den Aufenthalt in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten und gerne wieder kommen.

Schöne, große und moderne Zimmer, ein traumhaftes 4 (werktags)-7(sonntags) Gänge-Menue am Abend, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Bitte nicht weitersagen, sonst ist das Hotel beim nächsten Mal vielleicht schon ausgebucht ...

La localisation exceptionnelle. Possibilité de faire de superbes randonnées
Superbe vue.
Personnel très professionnel
Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bien

Cons:

La chambre pourrait être équipée d'un petit frigo et d'une machine à café.
De l'eau à disposition dans les chambres serait un plus
Le jacuzzi n'était pas suffisamment chaud à notre goût

Понравилось абсолютно все! Я бы поменяла фото в профиле объявления, так как оно не передает той реальной красоты отеля ! Шикарный, уютный номер, Спа, ресторан, завтраки и ужины , внимательный персонал, парковка - 5+ по всем пунктам. Видно, с какой любовью хозяева отеля относятся к своему делу, это видно в мелочах. Вы сделали наш отдых незабываемым! Будем рекомендовать вас знакомым и если вернемся, то только к вам ! :)

La doccia peccava qualcosa in pressione e acqua non sempre caldissima
Prima volta dopo molti soggiorni in Alto Adige che non vengono date le ciabatte per la spa nel set di benvenuto
