Cómodo y agradable pero les falta mucho servicio al cliente, amabilidad, respeto y atencion.

La atencion al recibir el personal. en mi caso particular, llegue en la noche y la actitud de la recepcionista no fue la mejor, habia reservado una habitacion con dos camas grandes y me entregaron una habitacion con cama grande y una muy pequeña, le hice el reclamo a la recepcionista y me dijo que booking no informaba bien a los huepedes y que sicme daba otra habitacion debia pagar mas, la actitud en la que estaba la señora era a la defensiva y me toco enojarme y decir que no iba a pagar mas que no era culpa mia. Lo otro es el parqueadero es limitado, le pregunte algo acerca del parqueadero a la señora por el en el whatsaap y nisiquiera fue capaz de responder. En todo caso, pienso que la actitud de las personas que prestan un servicio al cliente en la recepcion debe ser sienpre la mejor sin importar las circunstancias.

Es Motel no hotel.

Que es en el centro de Medellín cerca a todo

Cons:

Que en realidad no es un hotel, es un Motel y toda la noche hacen ruido, ponen música, fuman, se oyen gemidos, el personal del hotel habla en voz alta en los pasillos a cualquier hora de la madrugada. En realidad no se descansa.

La atención, no hubo guía a la habitación, sin cable de tv, sin Internet, eran dos camas de la cual una era y somier apoyado en las patas de la mitad y los estrenos estaban en el aire, del estreno qué me hacia, el otro se levantaba. Honestamente no me gustó la atención, la habitación estaba como en un laberinto, nos toco preguntar a las personas que nos encontramos en el camino.
