Het personeel is heel aardig en behulpzaam en ook echt geïnteresseerd in wat je hebt gedaan of wil doen in Medellin. De gezamenlijke ruimtes zijn ruim van opzet met veel fijne plekjes om te te relaxen of te werken. De aankleding is zeer mooi, de jaguar stijl is helemaal doorgetrokken, maar toch veel rust. We kregen een gratis upgrade van 1 kamer voor 4 personen naar 2 kamers voor 2 personen. Het is vlakbij de goede restaurants in El Poblado en dicht bij de metro.

Exceptional staff, location, a hotel with a unique atmosphere - almost too good because then one may just want to stay in the common space rather than visit the incredible Medellin!
Personal encantador, et trobes com a casa i t’ajuden en tot el que necessites. Habitacions netes i amples, tot i n tenir finestres no tens sensació de tancat. L’hostal és molt bonic i molt ben cuidat a una zona amb moltes opcions al voltant.
Tutto fantastico soprattutto lo staff! Mai trovato persone così gentili e attente grazie! Non stavo bene e mi hanno anche dato una borsa dell'acqua calda! Posto super accogliente, la zona comune è molto bella con amache e tavolini un giardino nascosto. Reception 24h
Il rumore :( purtroppo non ho chiuso occhio per il rumore che veniva da fuori musica a palla tutta notte fino alle 8.30 del mattino
Il soggiorno perfetto, hotel affascinante, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Nel cuore del Barrio El Poblado, una delle zone dove è meglio soggiornare. Hanno tutti i servizi, lavanderia in due ore, deposito bagagli, ecc. Il personale è meraviglioso, attento al cliente e premuroso. Ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e ci hanno spiegato tantissime cose della città. La colazione è tipica colombiana preparata al momento, veramente deliziosa. Se dovessi tornare a Medellin non avrei dubbi su dove soggiornare ❤

The staff were so accommodating and friendly that made my stay very relaxing. The location is perfect, closed to restaurants/cafes/bars…but far enough so it’s not too noisy for the night. Breakfast is plenty and delicious.

Am besten hatten wir die Ausstattung gefallen. Es ist alles so liebevoll und künstlerisch gestaltet.
Alles fügt sich harmonisch zusammen.
Jetzt Zentrale Aufenthaltsraum mit dem Hängematten, Schaukelstuhl oder Bibliothek ist wie das Wohnzimmer daheim. So wohl fühlt man sich.
Auch die Lage ist perfekt.
Alle waren sehr freundlich und haben mir bei allen Anfragen weiter geholfen.
Auch sprechen sie gut englisch an der Rezeption, die immer besetzt war.
Ich komme gerne wieder.

Nos ha gustado muchísimo que nos ofrecieron dos habitaciones para estar cómodas con mi mamá cada una con una habitación, en cuanto hemos llegado Jose ha sido muy amable desde que nos ha explicado todo por Whatssap y me ha facilitado un parqueadero cerca

La hospitalidad y el lugar es muy bonito, si se siente como un refugio
