Pros:

The check-in process is very convenient, straightforward, and clear. The bathroom is clean, and the bed is comfortable for just 1 or 2 night stays for business commuters. The staff was also quite helpful when my entry code didn't work one time. The hotel is worth the money.

Cons:

The room's cleanliness can be improved. I found a used hotel tower that seems to be from the previous tenant was still on the coat rack.

Pros:

Je krijgt een code in je telefoon om de deuren te openen echter deze werkte niet. Na een half uur proberen en 2x telefonisch contact te krijgen. Deze werd meteen verbroken. Na dat half uur zijn we op zoek gegaan naar een ander hotel. Als je 10 uur heb gereden heb je geen zin om zolang voor de deur te staan. Inzet begin werd er ook nog moeilijk gedaan over het annuleren maar naar een tweede poging hebben we ons geld terug gekregen.

De hele slechte service dat er niemand te bereiken is

Ideaal voor tussenstop.

Cons:

Minpunt weinig parkeerplaats in de buurt. Doorgestuurde codes werkten niet, gelukkig kon er personeel gecontacteerd worden. Werd ´s nachts gewekt door andere toeristen die in kamer binnenkwamen ondanks het codeslot.

À notre arrivée, notre chambre avait été attribuée à d'autres voyageurs. On nous a installé dans une autre chambre, et au petit matin, la personne ayant initialement loué cette chambre est venue pour s'installer, alors que nous étions encore dedans...
Personne n'a répondu à nos différents appels, le pauvre a dû attendre que nous libérions sa chambre et nous sommes partis aux aurores, sans avoir réellement pris le temps de dormir.

Sauber, sehr zentrale Lage, ruhige Straße, einfaches Check-in

Cons:

Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert, kein Fön im Bad, die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz im Innenhof habe ich nicht gefunden + hatte in der Beschreibung keine Hinweise bekommen (das Foto der Einfahrt auf Booking konnte ich nicht den Fassaden in der Straße zuordnen).

Das Personal war schrecklich, mussten über 1 Stunde in der Kälte warten um reingelassen zu werden. Der Einlasscode hat über den kompletten Aufenthalt nicht funktioniert und das war allen egal.

Kein Mitarbeiter ist über Telefon oder Mobil erreichbar.
Nur über Email, da hat aber drei Stunden keiner geantwortet, das geht gar nicht!
Wir haben nur zufällig eine Person getroffen, die uns weiter helfen konnte.
