Lokalizacja

Cons:

Śniadania - zdecydowanie odbiegało od standardu z innych hoteli. Mały wybór. Śniadanie zamówiliśmy na 7:15 a o tej godzinie nie było nawet zgrzanej wody na herbatę czy kawę. Obiekt miał np. Uszkodzony koszyczek pod prysznicem, mocowanie klamki, regulacje rolet.

Nie polecam, drogo i bardzo niemiła obsługa.

Śniadanie było w miarę ok.

Cons:

Na recepcji był starszy pan, narzekał na mnie, że zarezerwowałem godzinę przed przyjazdem, co oczywiście jest bzdurą, bo jak ktoś na booking się ogłasza to wiadomo, że klient może się pojawić zaraz po zrobieniu rezerwacji, tak działa booking, więc zamiast narzekać, trzeba ofertę z booking usunąć jak się format booking temu panu nie podoba. Poza tym pan przeklina przy gościach, lecą słowa na k*. Przy pytaniu o godzinę śniadania ten sam pan nie podaje w jakich godzinach można zamówić, tylko najpierw chce usłyszeć godzinę, a potem mówi czy jest taka dostępna, moim zdaniem dziwne traktowanie klienta. Miało być dostępne WIFI, starszy pan nawet o tym nie wspomniał.

W Hotelowej restauracji można zjeść dobry obiad za przyzwoite pieniądze !

W pokoju sauna podczas upałów - brak nawet wiatraka do dyspozycji ! , przydało by się zawiesić informację o ciszy nocnej od 6-22, pokoje nad salą imprezową - słychać całą imprezę do godzin nocnych! Hotel ma fajny potencjał ale trzeba by było zrobić mały remoncik.

Bardzo miła obsługa, zostaliśmy bez problemu wpuszczeni w nocy (powrót z wesela), śniadanie dostaliśmy o ustalonej przez nas godzinie, wszyscy byli bardzo mili.
