The location was stunning, with a breathtaking 180° view from our room. The staff were kind and very helpful.
The hotel does have some redeeming qualities — there are lovely spots for photos, a nice play area for young children, and a beautiful rose garden. It would be a wonderful touch to bring that fragrance indoors with some fresh roses in the rooms.

Cons:

However, the hotel feels quite dated and in need of a serious refresh. The rooms reflect this — old furniture, poor decoration with plastic artificial flowers, and a broken lamp on the bedside table. The lounge music from the café was extremely loud and could be heard throughout the dining area, making for an uncomfortable atmosphere. As for the food, it was decent but nothing memorable.
