Apartment cancelled our stay-
Pros:

I did not like as the owner called to cancel the booking because of some issue with their system and booking! Since then we have issues with contacting booking with getting the refund and had to find another apartment . It caused us all sorts of troubles so please ensure you keep your data with booking.com straight and sort it out prior posting your availability here. So is the bookin.com- we try to get the refund for over 1.5 month now and apparently no-one can help it. Maybe stop using AI for analyzing those claims.

🫶✨️
Pros:
