lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación del hotel, bastante interesante las atracciones, cerca de las termas y estaba bueno el casino.
A partir del momento en el que hice la reserva tenía ciertas expectativas debido a lo que leí aquí en Booking pero sentí que el hotel no estaba preparado para recibir gente, en la recepción nunca hay nadie, ni siquiera para recibirnos había gente y la persona que nos recibió no era muy simpática que se diga ni por WhatsApp, luego en otras situaciones teníamos dudas y en ningún momento había gente en la recepción, el dispensador de agua no estaba en condiciones, salía con partículas negras como sucia el agua. Y ni que hablar del desayuno super poca comida, era limitado y no era rico quede re inconforme con eso, sin contar que la muchacha que estaba allí reclamaba q llegábamos 10:30 porque cerraba a las 11. No sé, tenía potencial las abitaciones todo en general, es una lástima q a mi y mi familia no nos tocó una experiencia muy positiva como nos esperábamos.
Está cerquita de las termas. Solo cruzar y ya estabas ahí. La habitación muy limpia y la cama súper cómoda.
No pude abrir las ventanas que daban al balcón, estaba trancada. Por más que había aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo. En mi caso necesitaba aire fresco.

La habitación para 4 es muy cómoda, y la ubicación ideal
El baño y que la cocina tiene la ventilación delante de las ventanas, asi que a la noche no pudimos abrir las ventanas por el olor a comida
Cafe da manha, 1 café, 2 meia lua sem direito a Mantega ou qualquer outro opção, e um copo de suco. Sem repetição.
