Super emplacement. Personnel au top. Literie très propre. Piscine chaude et bien entretenue.
Au cœur de l’ambiance sans le bruit. Proche de la superbe plage et du spot de surf. Petit déjeuner sur commande mais juste dans la rue à 2 mn à pieds il y a tous les petits dej possibles.
À Savoir : appel à la prière juste derrière.

There weren’t any cushions on the sun beds so uncomfortable it sat for a while.
Hotel is in a nice location off the main strip which makes it quiet with no passing traffic. It is still only a very short walk to supermarkets and cafes on the main road. There is a nice pool and the rooms are very spacious. You can order breakfast the night before and all the options were really good especially the Sri Lankan Rotis, and the Muesli Bowl with Curd.

Mooie, schone (familie)kamers met vriendelijk personeel. Er ging zelfs iemand met ons mee naar de lokale telefoonshop toen 1 van onze telefoons het begaf.
Heerlijk zwembad (met ook een kindergedeelte waar het minder diep is) en een prima locatie t.o.v. de winkelstraatjes en het strand.
We misten een koelkastje op de kamer maar mochten de koelkast van het hotel gebruiken.
Moskee is vlakbij, gelukkig duurt het nachtgebed maar ongeveer 2 minuten (bij onze andere accomodatie duurde dit ruim een half uur midden in de nacht, daarom zijn we daar ook o.a. vertrokken)
De prijs die ons werd gerekend voor de wasservice (bij een medewerker van het hotel) was vrij hoog.
Kleine dingetjes waardoor ik een 8.5 scoor en niet een 10.

Fijn verblijf gehad. Alles was netjes en schoon. Fijn en schoon zwembad! Mensen waren de hele dag en avond buiten om op te letten en mensen aan te spreken die evt geluid maakten, vonden wij prettig. Kamer is niet groot maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt!
Únicamente la ubicación
Llegamos y el manager intentó cobrarnos más de lo que habíamos pagado en booking, al subir a la habitación nos encontramos con una macro fiesta en la piscina de nuestra habitación de jóvenes esrilanqueses con la música altísima. Subimos a la habitación y estaba el baño lleno de mosquitos (no tienen mosquiteras). Al instante decidimos bajar y decir al manager que nos devolviera inmediatamente el dinero. Eso hizo, así que por esa parte un 10!
There was a fish bone in the pool.
TV is not working.
For ironing I had to climb rooftop with my cloths.
When lied down on the pool benches there broke. Luckily I didn't get hurt

Las habitaciones y las instalaciones están bien, el lugar es tranquilo y relativamente cerca del centro. El personal es atento y amable, además organizan algunas actividades

Location of the hotel was good, easy to get to Main Street and beach but away from the main noise. It was nice to have a pool to jump in to after being at the beach.
The room wasn’t particularly clean when we arrived but they were happy to give it another dust when we asked. We wanted to have lunch there one day after a surf lesson but they said they had too many orders already.
We enjoyed staying at such a central base in Arugam bay, with the main strip of shops, restaurants and beach a 5 minute walk away. The AC and WiFi in our room were great, and the hotel had a lovely clean pool.
Our bathroom wasnt very clean, had a torn mosquito net in the window so we had lots of mosquitos. The main shower felt unsafe and made the light flicker so we used the smaller cold shower hose. Our room was on the ground floor so we had to keep our curtains shut when inside for privacy. A net curtain would have been nice so we could still have natural light whilst staying private.
The location is nice. The breakfast is really good.
The pool was too dirty to use. The staff put loud music during our staying at the hotel, no matter the time.
It seem like we were the only guests at the hotel at the time - maybe when it’s full things are a little different:

Comfy room, big bed, air condition was working fine.
It didn't cause me any problems, but you have to ask for towel changing. Also no air dryer in the room. Ok breakfast, but not to many options. And hotel is looking better on the pictures, but all in all it was ok.
