The location, the staff especially the staff and just the hotel and the rooms.
The only that I think was completely out of the hotels hands was that someone blocked my parking spot and after an 8hr drive with a dog not being able to park timely was not something I had headspace for😅...however the girl at check-in was marvellous with her patience and assisting me and providing a solution. Why I will be back love the location and like I said the resourcefulness of the lady at check-in and how she provided me with her assistance was superb, fyi the day staff had the same energy and friendliness 👌🏽👌🏽
