Quiet Hotel, Helpful Staff But No Lift and Poor Breakfast
Pros:

The hotel was situated a few minutes from the centre of Bialystok. Parking was easy, even though we had a 9 seater vehicle. The hotel was very quiet, despite there being a wedding on the Friday - we saw a few guests but heard nothing and had a great night's sleep. The staff were very helpful and patient as I do not speak Polish. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was a big let down. As previous reviews mention, turn up late (or even 8:45) and there is not much food left. It needs to be replenished. I do not think there are enought staff. There was no lift. Instead there are 3 flights of stairs - 30 steps in total. I was made aware of this, but people with limited mobility may have problems. There is a large disabled parking space close to the entrance, and a ramp.

Pros:

Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Wygodny pokój, czysta łazienka.

Cons:

W nocy, ok. 3.00 włączyła się głośna wentylacja, choć wyłączyłem klimatyzację. Obudziło mnie to.
