We are very satisfied with our stay at Hotel 21 in Bratislava. Special thanks to Simona at the reception – an excellent professional, very helpful, kind, cheerful, and positive. She was extremely helpful and provided us with all the information and assistance we needed during check-in. My friends, who were also guests at the hotel, were equally impressed with her work and attitude. Thank you for the wonderful service!

there was no hairdryer, no kettle, coffee, water
Nepřívětivá recepční i servírka v hospodě.
Na recepci jsem čekal asi 10 minut, než musela servírka za ni dojit a rict ze tam ma zakaznika.
Pote celkovy jeji pristup, ton, vyraz. Myslim ze tohle by nemelo byt ani ve 3 hvezde… servirka prazdna hospoda a cekate 10 minut nez si vsimne ze mate dopito… jidlo bylo ale super
Super personál aj vybavenie, odporúčam!
Izba bola na prízemí,kde mal kancelárie aj iný personál resp. iní , ďalej rovno pod oknom, vzhladom na prízemí nebolo zabezpečené, a pod oknom rovno bol rozhodcovský priestor ,alebo priestor trénera na futbalovom ihrisku kde akurát hrali futbal. Podvečer ale aj skoro rano bol na chodbe hluk.
