Номер был двухкомнатный, большие комнаты, работал кондиционер и был довольно большой холодильник, ванна очень большая, бесплатная парковка
Я бы поставила 10 и не писала бы ничего плохого, если бы не девушка на рецепшене при заселении. Мы приехали на 8 мин раньше чекина, я зашла, никого не было, я стояла несколько минут, потом увидела ресторан, зашла туда и там сидели несколько работников, ко мне вышла девушка и сказала довольно грубо, что у нее есть 8 минут, чтобы пообедать, при том, что я с улыбкой поздоровалась и ничего у нее не требовала, она сама сказала только это, повернулась и ушла, нет никакой проблемы, что у нее обед, но можно же как-то мило было сказать. Я вышла на улицу, зашла через 10 минут, она взяла документы, занялась оформлением, но разговаривала так, как-будто я ее напрягаю, без единой улыбки, все очень строго, было не приятно, вечером, когда мы приехали с города, там был уже парень и он был очень приятным
С проживанием проблем не было, все замечательно
Pěkný hotel v klidné části Bratislavy, kousek od zastávky městské dopravy,, i od letiště., což nám vyhovovala, kvůli brzkému rannímu odletu.Byly jsme ubytován s dětmi na 1 noc, pokoj byl čistý , prostorný, velká koupelna, spokojenost. Můžeme doporučit

La possibilità di eseguire un check in tardo orario. La colazione locale alla fine è stata utile, pur se tutta salata, lo staff ha corretto il suo costo richiesto che era stato maggiorato rispetto alla prenotazione.
La camera era dotata di una cabina doccia scomoda e pericolosa. Il pavimento era infatti non rigido, scivoloso, con un alto gradino per accedervi. Immagino i possibili incidenti. Ho notato che spesso lo scarico del gabinetto aveva difficoltà ad evacuare. Non sarebbe male, visto il posizionamento isolato del posto, almeno avere una vending machine per acqua o altro da acquistare fuori orario.

Had to wait 50mins at the reception because some people didnt book a room they wanted and couldn't speak english well. Otherwise, clean and quiet.
