Different level of luxury
Pros:

Beautifully located hotel, very unique, you could truly connect to nature there. Rooms very nice and spacious. Loved our balcony, you have view of the mountains in every part of the hotel. SPA area was amazing. Activities organised by hotel were and excellent experience - sauna infusions, salt scrubs etc. Dinner was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had.

Cons:

During our stay we had to change the rooms as it didn’t have an air con and it was really hot. Once we changed it, it was perfect.

Essen zwar nicht schlecht, aber man sitzt im Innenbereich wie in einer Cantine. Schlecht gekühlt - da letze was man im Sommer will.
Keine Klimaanlage trifft den Rest leider auch. Zumindest die normalen Zimmer. Dont go there in Summer

Pros:

We stayed at My Ardor for a week as a couple, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.

From the first day, we felt incredibly welcome. The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality really made our stay feel special.

Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and we always returned to a fresh and relaxing room. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept wonderfully every night.

The hotel itself has a peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Everything was well maintained, and you can tell the team takes great pride in providing an excellent guest experience.

After spending a full week here, we can confidently say that choosing My Ardor was one of the best decisions of our trip. We left with wonderful memories and would happily return in the future.

A big thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so enjoyable. We highly recommend My Ardor to any couple looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and welcoming place to stay.

Cons:

Although we had a wonderful stay overall, there were a few things that could definitely be improved.

The biggest issue was that there was no air conditioning in the room. During our stay, temperatures reached around 32°C due to a heat wave, and the room became extremely hot. Spending time in the room during the afternoon or trying to sleep at night was quite uncomfortable.

We also felt that the outdoor pool area was too small for the number of guests. It could become crowded quickly, making it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the space.

Finally, the restaurant could benefit from air conditioning or better cooling. In the evening, when the sun was still shining directly into the dining area, it became very hot, and having dinner was not as enjoyable as it could have been.

These improvements would make an already great hotel even better.

So good that we are already planning to come back.
Pros:

The rooms, architecture and decoration were amazing! The food was exceptional. We loved the spa and the infusions with Ron and Kiki. The staff was very attentive.

Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend und zweifellos eines der größten Highlights. Der Ausblick ist einmalig und hat unseren Aufenthalt in vielerlei Hinsicht bereichert. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit einer großen Auswahl und hoher Qualität.

Cons:

Für besondere Anlässe können wir diese Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen. Wir hatten uns auf eine schöne Geburtstagsfeier gefreut und im Vorfeld entsprechende Wünsche kommuniziert. Auf diese wurde jedoch nicht komplett eingegangen, sodass das Geburtstagskind am Ende nicht die gewünschte Geburtstagstorte erhalten hat.
Besonders enttäuschend war die sehr schlechte Kommunikation.
Bei den aufgerufenen Preisen erwarten wir deutlich mehr Service und Aufmerksamkeit.

Pas au niveau d'un 5 étoiles
Pros:

Les repas étaient très bons, le petit déjeuner également. L'espace terrasse extérieur est très beau. Il y a pas mal de rangement dans la chambre.

Cons:

La chaleur dans les chambres et les couloirs de l'hôtel. Il n'y a pas de climatisation ce qui paraît insensé pour un hôtel de ce standing. Pas de poubelle dans la salle de bain.
L'espace spa est uniquement nudiste, ce qui n'est jamais précisé en amont. Reste alors l'espace piscine, qui reste relativement petit par rapport au nombre de clients dans l'hôtel. Les transats ne sont pas remis en place aux départs de clients, et les tables basses restent plusieurs heures non débarrassées.
Pour finir, de manière générale le personnel est très inégal, Certains sont très bien mais d'autres semblent désintéressés voir malpoli. Notamment au restaurant un serveur nous ayant servi deux soirs de suite, ayant été très insistant pour nous faire prendre des desserts ou des boissons qu'on ne souhaitait pas, à décider de ne même plus nous dire bonjour le lendemain. Il passait de table en table tout autour de la nôtre en nous esquivant. C'est une attitude très déplacée et complètement inacceptable dans n'importe quel service hôtelier ou de restauration. Pour ces raisons, je ne recommande pas cet établissement.
