Good food views room was lovely
No fan or air conditioning we left some valuables in the room and wasn’t notified to say they had been found we didn’t realise until 2 days later so didn’t call as the logistics would have been impossible for us to return

Excellent accomodation. Clean, well maintained and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful and the location is ideal for a few minutes taxi hop into Bridgnorth, or day trips to Ironbridge or surrounding areas. Outstanding value for money.

The punch bowl was clean, reasonably priced, staff were very accommodating and very willing to help.
Did not realise the room would be so close to the main road.
Given the temperatures, a fan would have been useful.
Being given your breakfast the night before to take to your room was off putting.
Fab location, very comfortable room, only issue was the double plug socket on the window side of bed, was hanging off the wall so very dangerous.
Carvery was ok but was a little disappointed with the veg choice food off menu family said was fab,
very friendly staff, beautiful setting overlooking the lakes
our room was very comfortable with tea & coffee, a mini fridge with water bottles supplied
even had a complimentary breakfast of pastries, jam & marmalade delivered to our door for breakfast which was a nice touch. We ate at the restaurant for both nights & the food was really good
