Bliss, thoroughly enjoyable
Pros:

Evening meals absolutely delicious, highly recommend the sticky date pudding - you MUST make room for this, you wont be disappointed. Have stayed here numerous occasions and staff treat us like old family friends which is lovely. Their customer service is excellent, well done Team.

Cons:

As usual our stays are way too short.

Disappointing
Pros:

Room was large and comfortable

Cons:

No electricity on arrival for heating or hot water as we required a hot shower. Spa that we paid extra for didn't work, which I'm sure they were well aware of as they removed the spa plug and when we went to ask for nothing was mentioned. Took 2 hrs for power to come on, we were told it was western power but strangely the lights worked? The old guy working the bar rude and condescending. No apologies for the power inconvenience or the fact that spa didn't work, honestly should of had at least a partial refund.
Location central but that main road is busy and noisy.
Due to being freezing and staff rudeness there we had lunch and dinner across the road in front of heaters at the Fremasons Hotel. Food was great and staff very friendly.

Happy times in a lovely place to stay.
Pros:

Staff were great and the room was brilliant. Food was good.

Cons:

It was very cold overnight, the air-conditioning helped but an electric blanket would have been great.

Would definitely stay here again to enjoy the huge room, comfy bed and spa bath!
Pros:

The room was extremely comfortable and huge. We had a massive ensuite and spa bath which was fabulous. Breakfast was included and self-serve. The hotel was smack bang in the middle of the town. I highly recommend staying here as long as you can get up the stairs. Whilst this didn't take anything away from our stay, it's worth noting if you are not able to navigate stairs. However, everything was at our fingertips. We'd definitely stay here again. The food was great, the house sauvignon blanc was excellent and the staff were all great.

Cons:

Accommodation is upstairs from the bar and restaurant and there is no lift to get you and your luggage upstairs. Not a problem if you can navigate stairs, just something to note if you have heavy bags and dodgy knees!

Excellent value for money. A great country hotel.
Pros:

The comfortable bed and great ensuite. Really good food at dinner. And the cleanliness of the entire hotel. Probably the best country hotel we have ever stayed in and there has been a lot!

Cons:

Nothing really. Maybe less traffic noise but that was expected as hotel is on main town street and can't be helped.
