Absolute Nightmare of a Stay – Avoid at All Costs!
My stay at the Rosey Hotel was awful. They don't tell you until after you've already paid that there are no windows and no elevator. We loved the stairs since we like to work out, but if you aren't someone who wants to haul luggage up and down multiple floors, you're out of luck—and once your credit card is charged, it's strictly non-refundable, so when we tried to get out of it, they told us "nope."
To top it all off, the place is infested with bugs. We had to buy bug spray and stuff towels under the doors just to keep pests out, yet flies were still swarming around every day, and it got so bad I dropped my sandwich on the floor. Because of the bugs, they ended up moving us to two different rooms, and when they offered a third move, I refused because I was finally leaving.
After all that, they asked if there was anything they could do, so I asked them to do our laundry. They returned it 12 hours late, holding us up, and the laundry job itself was horrific—done terribly. When I brought it up, the staff were very rude and told me, "Don't think that doing your laundry was a one-time courtesy; don't think every time you see bugs you can get free laundry."
Save your money, avoid the rude service, and stay far away from the Rosey Hotel!

The frontdesk staff were very accomodating. Shout out to staff Denice and Jose!❤️
It’s location, the staffs, the pantry and the actual room. Everything in general.
None
I have checked in here so I will be able to compare this with The Quarters, Rosey. Location is good and the staff are all friendly, helpful and accommodating. Rooms are clean and free from any foul odor. I like this better than the other branch though the hotel is in one of the inner alleys.
The soap provided is about the size of a P20 coin which makes it hard to use for taking a shower. I requested for a hand towel so I can use the soap but I was given a floor mat instead. Brewed Coffee and Green tea are both out of stock. The staff gave instant coffee options which we appreciated but we ended up buying coffee somewhere else. The key card malfunctions - and we lost one and was charged P200 for a non-functioning card. It's our mistake so not arguing on this. We were asked to park in the parking lot even if the street going back is somehow muddy with puddles since it is raining.
Couple of things I liked: because it's an older place, it had a bath, which is just gold after a long travel to get there. Also, because it's older, you can actually open the windows, which means that you can breathe in fresh air, instead of dry Aircon air.
Not much, be could have been better, but was still pretty good.
Kind staff, cozy place.
Everything sige.
