La ubicacion.
Nos dieron 1 habitacion de 2 personas para una familia de 4 personas. Solicitamos camas extra y nos proporcionaron 2 colchones muy delgados en el suelo. Las niñas tuvieron que dormir en el suelo los 4 dias.
El personal no nos soluciono nada.
Muy descontestos. No volveria.

Lovely staff, very clean and great location highly recommend
מלון זול בקרבה למרכז העניינים של העיר העתיקה, צוות חמוד ואדיב, עזרו והיו מסבירי פנים. קיבלו בצורה יפה מאוד בהשקעה רבה בחדר. החדר מעוצב מודרני ומרווח.
החלון של החדר היה על מרפסת שירות והחלון היה סגור עם סגירה קלה שהרגישה לא בטוחה לפריצות. היו קצת יתושים בחדר. האזור של המלון שקט אבל היו רעשים מכנים וציפצופים בלי הפסקה, לא ברמה של לא לישון אבל כן מציק... המיטה קשה כמו פלטת עץ. ניקיון ראוי לשיפור פלוס. זרם חלש מאוד בברזים.
Breakfast was simple but good. the size of the dining room is limiting when there is a large family. For the first 2 days some of the western food was not kept hot. The pool hours does cause a bit of an issue with noise.

I cuscini troppo morbidi ci hanno fatto venire un mal di collo terribile poi la posizione su booking avevo letto che era ottima ma a mio parere non mi ha soddisfatta era nella città vecchia con alcuni deo templi vicini ma oltre a quello non c era nulla me l aspettavo più viva come in molte altre parti di chiang mai

Realizei a reserva de um quarto para 4 pessoas , porém só tinha uma cama de casa no quarto, e somente no dia seguinte q nos foi fornecido uma cama extra que teve custo extra. O quarto estava sujo, o ralo do banheiro entupido, a cama era muito dura. E um cheiro de esgoto no quarto insuportável.
