The location,your staff were very unhelpful.
Cleanliness of the pub,the disabled toilets,2 of the 4 days I stayed they did not flush,when I mentioned it to one of your staff,I got told what do you want me to do about it.
The hotel is definitely not disabled friendly,also could not get anything to eat after 6-30 at night,and to say you have a coffee shop is a joke when it doesn't open until 10am.
The bar and restaurant requires some serious investment
,shabby seating,shabby carpets.
No sign to say where the disabled toilets were.
The bar was inconsistent with it's closing time,and on one occasion I was told the bar shut at 10-30,and shut the doors,but continued to serve the locals in the bar till gone 11-30.rubbish stay.
There was a pub below!! But my complaint about the dangerous radiator in the bathroom that was permanently left on constant hot heat and no shut off! I asked several times at the bar if this could be attended too… I formed property managers weee informed! Someone would attend… no they didn’t!! It is actually a health hazard in a wet room and wires were exposed! I will try and post photos!
Reporting issues to bat staff because no one at check in reception that were just ignored !

cleaned the bedding had not been changed they was dirty cups on the side bins full of rubbish it was OK after it had been cleaned
Everything great location stayed a few times back later in year.

We go out to other bar so not a big thing but be good if entertainment was a bit later on a night in the pub downstairs.
The entertainment is on in the daytime rather than late night

Right next to fantasy island yet surprisingly very quiet when it shut. Private parking is a bonus. Easy to find, use, check in, rooms basic but does the job for a nights stay. Wouldn’t of wanted a week there but the odd night is fine
Ridiculously noisy extractor fan directly under the room( possibly extractor from room below bathroom ? ) that never stopped the whole time we were there. Kept me awake half the night.
