Good parking except when holidays vans needed charging & parked in front of our car
Very noisy people slamming doors all night until early hours shouting etc in corridor
Asked for room downstairs loads of steps up to room not good for disabled like us & elderly

How noisy this place was ! Don’t go if you want a good nights sleep !!!
Banging of doors all night people running up corridor and this was early hours of the morning I was on my own and was scared
Every floorboard squeeked and people in next room must have had people in coz it sounded like they wer having a party could hear every word they said

On arriving when the bar staff passed me my key to get in my room and told me I had to go up two flights of stairs with a case I said I can’t carry my case up there ,, he shrugged his shoulders and went into the back no offer of any help at all

Location on the seafront is perfect
Broken hairdryer, uncomfortable beds, shower head holder broken, water kept going from hot to cold, dirty bathroom/ bedrooms
Everything the staff was friendly and are room was nice and comfy
The room was really dusty under the beds and on the appliances and the curtains was.

We Couldnt park till 2pm & weve been coming for years and thats an unfortunate new thing weve always been able to park as soon as arrived . Window wouldn't shut, shower door wouldn't shut. Bathroom floor tile weren't grouted and were moving and noisy. Floorboards in bedroom creaking and very loud .Also front door into accommodation didn't lock so didn't feel safe .
Only used the hotel and it was a great size, spotless and lots of tea coffee facilities
