Hotel i personel bardzo przyjemny. Widok z pokoju 14 na zamek Amberg. Pokój czysty. Mały taras z rybkami jest czymś świetnym! Bardzo dobre śniadanie. Supermarket w pobliżu. Wygodne łóżka

- Niewygodne poduszki, o wiele za grube.
- Słabe WiFi
- Telewizor nie łączył się z internetem.

Great place to stay. Recommended!
Pros:

Very nice rooms with a nice balcony with view to the mountains. The breakfast was very good. Friendly people who helped us with any questions.

Really nice location, and very central.

Cons:

We visited S’Matt Bob during the last week of May 2026 which was very hot and were not provided with a fan especially during the night even when requested. So maybe this is something the property can already arrange but apart from this no complains.

Pros:

Very clean, good sized rooms each with a small private terrace with fish pond and green outlooks. Good breakfast served by lovely friendly staff. Free parking in private car park infront of hotel.

Cons:

WiFi in some rooms very weak and unusable. Fully automated check in which is fine, but the front door took 3 times to open each time. Absolutely no information (eg on WiFi) in rooms.

Viele gute Erlebnise und erholsamer Urlaub
Pros:

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit gute Bus Verbindung zur Altstadt. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das Frühstück war auch ausgezeichnet.

A few facilities point to check but is a great space amd hotel i would recommend
Pros:

The room is sweet and amazing with the little water pound very nice. Clean room and very nice bathroom.

Cons:

The matress was unfortunately too soft. No aircond set. The room get warm and no mosquitoes nets if you open the window.
I keep the fact that I enjoy my stay as it was only one night it was fitting our stay anyway.
