Helpful and friendly staff, they made my stay happy.
Pros:

It’s a bit old, there are roads busy roads nearby, it is noisy in the lower level of rooms.

Cons:

No carpet in some of the rooms. No air con, no ventilation. Only a fan and a radiator in the room I stayed, needs to be upgraded. We are living in 2026!

Felt relaxed and fully rested after my stay

Everything about this hotel was excellent. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable extremely helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Food was great. Will definitely be booking here in the future.

Enjoyable and conformable. What we were looking for and easy access to cinema and shopping and M50
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious
Pool was nice but I don't like the fact there is no lifeguard. Safety should always come first.
Staff friendly.
Rooms clean and water and biscuits put into room every day was a really really nice touch.
3rd time staying at thus hotel as a family. We would love to come back.

It was grand
Pros:

Location near Emerald park & near Croke park

Cons:

Plug in bathroom wasn’t working . Water was slow going down the drain . It kept coming back up the sink .
No moisturisers in the bathroom . Food very expensive on their menu .

Disappointing and stressful.

The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room itself wasn't clean the walls were all stained and it wasn't cleaned properly. The remote control for the tv wasn't working either so I called reception where I was told twice someone would come up to help and noone did. I then had to go down to reception and complain as I had 3 children in the room at this point at 10pm who were very bored and had got snacks to watch tv. A man was sent up with me with new batteries for the remote and it worked but when he left and I went to use it the saor view wouldn't work. At that point I gave up and also I couldn't have a cup of tea because there was only coffee in my room and no tea bags left. Very disappointed In my stay and iv never had to complain about a hotel before

The reception staff waived the late check out fee and I got an opportunity to grab a nap and another shower in the late morning

Cons:

The room was really hot and I didn't sleep until about 5am - there is no Aircon and there wasn't a fan available.
