Poor rooms
Pros:

Staff nice and helpful.

Cons:

Room rather basic and very very warm. Shower made awful nice when on.

Comfortable hotel with noise and crowd issues.
Pros:

Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable

Cons:

Room was with bad sound isolation. Each night there was loud music outside that was heard inside. Also it was unpleasant to hear kids from next room. On top of that, hotel is not prepared for big crowds for breakfast. I had to take breakfast standing as there was no place to sit.

All was perfekt! Beautiful Hotel, Clean, Delicious food 👌, Professionell Staf 👌 ( Josh from Receptionist was personally for ust the Best! Cause we came very tired and he do the maximum what he can for Us!!!we wanna only bigger room, relaxed, Eat and Balkony.That all, nothing , nothing more(.We did only 1 day from 28.5.-29.5. in Room 657.We never saw best Apartment! So after we feight all day , all night till yesterday Night. Sorry for Use and thank you for all. Eva and Pavel

Room 451 was sorry dirty, I paying same money like day before, Tv didn’t working and we didnt he quiet . That all.we wanna only the same room 657.nothing more nothing more.quiet.

Sorry to say we wouldn't stay again as we travelled a long distance to get there .
Pros:

We liked the location as we were there for the bloom flower show.

Cons:

The breakfast was not nice at all could not eat it as it was very greasy.
We booked for dinner and sat an hour and didn't get our starter.

Location was ideal but if staying again, I would eat before we arrive or go out for food
Pros:

The location of the hotel, reception staff were friendly

Cons:

Food was not nice at all. Beef was fat and chewy not tender at all and could only eat a couple of pieces for 30€
Changing rooms in pool need a serious revamp
Very loud in room at night, kids kicking at doors and running around the halls, informed staff of same

A high value offering for visiting Ireland.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly generous and patient with an American who didn't know how to do basic things in a new country. Their help was truly appreciated and there is an execeptional staff working at this location. Also the amentiies and the rooms were very nice, much more pleasant than a stay in anything from the USA at a similar cost.

Cons:

In general the location was quite a walk aways from the bus station at Liffey Valley shopping center or at the hermitage health clinic but they can't help that. Calling a taxi was expensivie and driving was tough, that was my only negative was a 20 minute walk for an elderly person to get to a bus station.

Not the hotel's faukt but won't be going back as too many noisy people on the hallways in the middle of the nigh

Noisy guests in the middle of the night. Expensive hotel. Expensive and busy parking lot.
