The Property is Awesome but No People from the property is present for assistance
Pros:

The place is absolutely awesome.There is no headache about check in and check out in the desk you can do it from your own. The amenities provided is also very good. You don’t need to worry about the key, the only thing is needed is your mobile which has the security key.

Cons:

I don’t like about the property thak there is no reception desk at all.At least one person should be there who will talk to you at least one day during you stay. Another thing I need to mention the property has huge security but for looking person you should always have to use your phone. For the first time when you will arrive the property, there should be a persona who can give a demo , how to lock and unlock the property, otherwise it creates difficulties for a amateur person like me. In hotel there should be one person who can interact with you any problem is occurring or not. There is a restriction for using showers during 12:00am to 5:00 am , I don’t find any reason for that.

I'll stay again
Pros:

This is our second time staying in LABnul50. The location is excellent and the rooms interesting and food value. Also there are facilities where you can have a simple breakfast and shopping right around the corner. Beds are comfortable and facilities are super clean . All staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The self check in is always somewhat complicated. We could not sign into the app to get the code to retrieve our keys and had to call for support. This could be eliminated by directly mailing the code to the guests. Also the key fobs were very unreliable. Sometimes they work and sometimes not. I spend 5 min trying to open the front gate and my son couldn't get into his room because the battery in his key fob was dead.
Also more plates etc are needed for the self catering section.

Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Sehr laut, hat eher Judenherbergscharakter, alles sehr einfach! Ich hatte ein Klappbett. Bad klein, Spiegel bedruckt mit Buchstaben.

Modern and innovative
Pros:

The room was big for four people and it had everything we needed. They had a coffee and tea in the room, and the kitchen was equipped with a lot of plates, forks, and knifes. It had a little lounge zone where you could relax with the nice interior and the bathrooms were shared just for 2 rooms, but it was clean.

Cons:

I wish there was more communication with the staff, who could explain everything how it works. Additionally, you need a phone all the time, which makes it uncomfortable to go with it to the shower and bathroom.

Die Zimmer war super. Sehr ruhig und fantastisch designt !
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Der Self Check in hat wieder nicht geklappt. Wir wurden aber aber telefonisch gut durchgelotst um anden Transponer in der Schlüsselbox zu kommen.
