I found this hotel very cozy, exceptionally clean, fresh, and in a great location, in my opinion. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always happy to offer advice whenever I had any questions. The overall atmosphere felt very warm and home-like, which made my stay especially pleasant and left me with a wonderful impression of Podgorica. I truly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to come back.
A special thank you to Valeria at the reception, who showed me exceptional hospitality and genuine care throughout my stay. She created such a warm, friendly atmosphere and was always kind, attentive, and happy to help. She is a truly wonderful person, and I was very happy to meet her. I even enjoyed having a coffee with her at the reception from time to time, which made the hotel feel even more welcoming and homely.
For me, Valeria became the true face of the hotel — she perfectly represents the warm, friendly, and comfortable atmosphere that made my stay so special. I’m sure this is the result of the wonderful work of the entire team, which makes the experience even more impressive.

Uslužno osoblje mi je pomoglo oko prevoza do manastira Ostrog.
The location is great, really central and next to all kinds of shops and restaurants. Staff is really kind and accommodating. The hotel is modern and has a sleek design. AC works perfectly. Breakfast is an okay spread with good flavours.
Without too much negativity, I would not recommend checking in after midnight. I did not have a smooth experience let's say. We managed in the end. The cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. I found several hairs in the shower of my dear previous guests. The sink did almost not drain. All in all a bit of a letdown and quite annoying. I reported this at check-out.
Hotel muy nuevo y muy céntrico, tiene dos entradas, la oficial según su dirección es al lado de un burguer King pero pasa más desapercibida. Camas cómodas y habitación muy grande, personal amable. Nos facilitaron el taxi para recibirnos en el aeropuerto. Muy bien coordinado

Świetne wyposażenie i wystrój pokoju, rewelacyjne śniadanie w formie szwedzkiego stołu, lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko, dużo sklepów, kawiarni, restauracji w pobliżu. Ponieważ lot powrotny mieliśmy rano, nie załapalismy się na śniadanie ostatniego dnia, więc zapewniono nam prowiant (2 kanapki - można było poprosić o opcję bez mięsa, jabłko, butelka wody)

La propreté était tout de même à revoir, sur deux chambres réservées, l’une avait un coton tige et des poils dans la salle de bain, l’autre possédait 2 oreillers avec une tâche de sang (sans doute avait elle était déjà été nettoyer mais quand même toujours autant présente).
Le petit déjeuner à du choix en terme de salé mais beaucoup moins en terme de produits sucrés et la qualité générale très hétérogène.
Hôtel moderne et confortable, le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, fait maison.
