Pros:

Fachada bem feia, mas os quartos são bem legais pelo preço.
Tudo muito limpo.
A localização foi ótima pq estava a trabalho ali mesmo no Distrito Industrial.
Café da manha simples, mas satisfatório.

Cons:

Achei ruim os travesseiros.
A TV era bem pequena e a profundidade grande, o que não ajudava a ver a TV pequena.
O chuveiro demora a aquecer, desperdiçando muita água, mas esquenta e fica bom.
